The family room was perfect for our needs. Pool was lovely. Staff were very helpful and friendly. COVID protocols were in place and we felt safe at the hotel following their rules. Would definitely stay again!
We visited off season and thought this was very good value. Our room was quiet, modern and the beds were very comfortable. Our view was of Mt. Cheam - lovely! Check in was easy and it was also easy to park for free on the street. This might not be the case in the summer though.
We were lucky to get a lake view room with a balcony and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately the weather didn’t co-operate so coffee on the balcony will have to wait until next time. Everything was as it should be for a very comfortable stay. Will definitely go back and highly recommend this hotel.
Clean, safe with easy access to the beach & restaurants. They took special precautions with COVID and made sure everything was clean. The front-desk staff and manager are polite and really helpful. A very well-run establishment!
Harrison Beach Hotel was our last stop on a two week stay-cation to visit family before heading home. Our room was large and had all the amenities we could want, including a balcony with chairs and table, fully equipped kitchenette complete with coffee provided for our morning pleasure. The carpet was worn and stained, but the bed was comfortable, and it was a quiet night. We had a beautiful view of the mountains surrounding Harrison Hot Springs. The location was directly across from the beach. The staff was friendly and courteous. We spent 16 nights in hotels, mostly in BC, and found a fairly common standard of covid rules, including masking in common areas of the hotel, and elevator limited to those sharing a room. This hotel offered neither. Though we were masked, neither the staff, nor the other guests we encountered, were masked, and the elevator had no restrictions. However, oddly there was a written request in the room, along with a large laundry bag, asking us to strip our own bed and bag linens and towels, in order to protect the staff. This seemed to be in conflict with the lack of concern of aerosol contamination, which has been proven to be the more common way of transmitting the virus. Check in was also a little odd. While standing in front of the check in desk, I was asked to download their check-in app and complete it online. Meanwhile, there was no masking and no barrier between staff and customers. Overall, besides the inconsistency in the approach to covid, our stay was pleasant and we would return in more normal times.…
