There was a very welcoming reception and to start with we were offered an upgraded room on registering, which was on the first floor but we turned it down as we had heavy cases. So some would say in that case we couldn't complain when in our room on the ground floor, you couldn't, as they say in the UK "swing a cat round". The shower and toilet were in the same small room, the washbasin was in the same room as the bed. There was no hanging space and nowhere to open a suitcase. There was an enormous TV which we did not switch on and a coffee machine which we did not use. The bed was very comfortable. We have no idea what was offered in the room on the first floor, it could have been luxury!

First I want to say, I travel a lot for work. This place would not be on my list to stay during work time. We stayed over this Labor Day weekend. A resort is more expensive then but this hotel was so far out priced it was ridiculous. They have more rooms then parking spots and not much parking in town anyway. I will not ever stay there on another trip to Harrison Hot Springs. Rommel was very tiny and bed was almost unsleepable.

The air cond was good. We would have walked out without it.
Some effort has been made with draws, tables and pots, but theplace is falling to pieces.
The carpets and sofa is stained in many places.
We had an inside room with no ventilation.
One night is enough.
The sheets were clean but had a join sewn near the toes.
The area is very beautiful and relaxing.
No pool here - public pools down the road.
Many magnificent hotels and camper parks all around.
We paid $185 on a Saturday, thinking we were coming somewhere nice.
The photos are misleading! Park on the road.

Room Tip: Many properties here. A caravan for the night would be better.

I’ve never stayed at this motel before. But I saw that they’d recently renovated. Rooms are great! Updated. Clean. Air conditioned. Owners are friendly and check-in was easy. Close to lake and restaurants. I’d definitely stay here again.

This place is falling apart. The bathroom was atrocious! Stains in the tub, the floor was moldy and lifting, it smelled musty. The ceilings had water stains and pieces were falling off. The beds were disgusting. The entire place looked like something from a bad movie. I don't recommend this place at all.

Disgusting motel. So gross we checked out. There was mold everywhere. Air conditioners were so dirty we had to clean the filters. Beds looked like they had been slept in there was water leaking thru ceiling from upstairs. Completely unexceptable. I would never stay here ever!

This place should be no more than $50 per night. It's totally run down, not very clean (hair and grime in the bathroom) and the owners are lounging hanging around when there's clearly SO much work to do around the property. It's offensive after paying over $100 to stay here. The good news is the location is awesome. If you don't mind run-down and unclean then you'll be ok.

We actually stayed here July 2016. Paid top dollar as it was one of the only rooms left in town. It was a last minute booking. Location was excellent. You could walk everywhere!! However, if you are looking for clean or newer don't bother staying here. The hotel is rundown. The patio door to our room was wide open when we arrived and no screen. There was a horrible burn mark in carpet from an iron that had been left on the floor. The carpets were so old that you could smell the mold and mildew. The shower head was held together by duct tape and zip ties. The hotel was extremely noisy. You could hear the conversations in adjoining rooms and even across the hall. I can honestly say this is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.

We got to the Motel when it was raining and that continued into the lobby where a giant hole in the ceiling was leaking water in. The people were nice enough but they almost didn't accept our reservation because they didn't know their business was on Travelocity... The room was awful, outdated and very questionable looking sheets. Drainage going off the room was all landing on the patio of our room too. We ended up going elsewhere, which the employees were ok with. They said they will be doing renovations which can't come soon enough!
