Overlander Bed & Breakfast is a home B&B opened May 2016 hosted by Annette and Bill in Westsyde, City of Kamloops and is located on the Dunes at Kamloops Golf Course. Our quiet neighbourhood is a 5-minute drive to a shopping centre, restaurants and services. Within a 15 minute drive or bus ride you can arrive downtown to access more shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The Dunes at Kamloops Clubhouse and restaurant is within 400m of your private entrance. Visit Tourism Kamloops or Explore BC for highlights to your visit to Kamloops in the BC interior! We have got all seasons covered for you to come and explore! In each of our 2 rooms with queen beds quests will enjoy summer bedding, air conditioning, fresh air system with a shared bathroom. A most wonderful and comfortable place to stay in kamloops beside a golfcourse. Very quiet and there is a restaurant in the clubhouse within walking 5 minutes. The hosts are most gracious and they provide you with a selection of breakfast that are out of this world! Esch day we even got fresh muffins to bring for our lunches. The bed is the most comfortable one i have slept in.

We have stayed in many B&B’s in many countries and this is right up there with the best. From check in to check out everything was perfect. The breakfasts are something of a treat, with multiple options. The fruit bowls were my favourite, my wife loved the pancakes. There is lots of other choices too! Healthy muffins to take out for later are an added bonus. To top all that, Annette and Bill are great hosts.

Perfect hosts: attentive yet unobtrusive, kind, generous, flexible and funny. And such great cooks! The place is spotless, the towels soft, the bed cozy, and the service extraordinary. We enjoyed ourselves so much that it was two days before we realized there was no TV!

I would recommend staying at Overlander.... here are some ideas about the place 1. This B&B is about 20 minutes from Kamloops. 2. You are in the basement of a home. There is a possibility you will hear people living upstairs. 3. Bed and pillows are comfy! 4. As noted by owners, there are two bedrooms. You are sharing a bathroom with another couple/person. Currently, due to covid, they are only renting one room. 5. Bill and Annette are adorable. 6. There is a pool table. 7. I think it would be a great idea to get rid of the pool table and have couch(es) and/or chairs for a sitting area so all guests can mingle as there is not much space to do that otherwise. 8. Maybe TV in the place or bedroom(s)? Do B & Bs usually have tvs? I forget - its been so long 9. Breakfast is delicious and there is beautiful attention to detail. 10. Hello Trish Thanks for your time in putting together these observations regarding our traditional home B&B! We pride ourselves in providing that home away from home atmosphere in our quiet residential Kamloops Westsyde neighbourhood on the Dunes at Kamloops. I am hopeful you did not notice any disturbances from our upper floors as guests have never commented previously. Our primarily travelling guests, numerous international, have been very complementary as well with what we do provide, as well as the patio area and ability to watch the deer walk by. My family and I had a great stay at Bill and Annette's. The breakfast was delicious and so filling - a perfect way to start a busy day. The whole space was immaculate. The separate entrance and basement space added privacy and the views and wildlife set this B&B apart from others. Overall, we definitely recommend Overlander B&B.

Super clean, amazing breakfast, lovely hosts, private entrance, great amenities, could not ask for any better. The bed was very comfortable, fabulous shower, and the value was unmatched. You won't get better value anywhere else.

There are two bedrooms and a large common room with a pool table, eating table, books, games, etc. It is next to a "dunes-style" golf course where deer and other animals sometimes roam. We saw a mother deer with two babies, just a few feet away from the B&B. Annette and Bill were very helpful, and provided great information about how to take best advantage of the local area, and the various tourist spots within driving distance. The best feature, in my opinion, was the incredible breakfast. Highly recommended.

Annette and Bill were most generous as hosts. Margie is coeliac and they went out of their way to ensure Margie had more than enough of the right food. The muffins along with the recipe to go were very much appreciated. Room was just what we needed and the breakfast was excellent.
