We've stayed at Joyce's B&B before a couple of years ago and had a very satisfying experience. This time was a bit different because the whole house is under extensive rennovation. So things are a bit disrupted and makeshift but we got a good discount because of the inconvenience and still had a pleasant stay of 2 nights. We had...

This property is not fit to be called a bed and breakfast in my opinion. It is in the process of being renovated. I would advise anyone considering staying here not to. Breakfast was not available. The bed was unmade. No en suite despite being told there would be one. No communication to me to inform of this until I...

A historical older home. When renos are done, it will be beautiful. Friendly and helpful host. We were glad to be able to use dishes and fridge. We were told the B&B was under renovation but we didn't realize how much still needed to be done. We were given a lower price because of this and because no breakfast was...

We booked this B&B six months in advance and were looking forward to settling in after driving for 8 hours from Jasper in atrocious driving conditions. My husband had to go round the back to get an answer to the door bell and then was told we could have the room for half price as the room was not ready....

Arrived in Kamloops from Jasper, we were tired and hungry, called Joyce's out of the blue and Victor was immediately accommodating. We were greeted by Joyce on the front porch like we were her long lost grandchildren. She was so cute and welcoming! She gave us free roam of her house and told us to come and go as we...

We had a wonderful experience at 'Joyce's Bed & Breakfast' in Kamloops and look forward to seeing them again the next time we're in the area. Impossible to find nicer people than Joyce and Victor. Thank-you.

This historic home still has an early 20th century feel - wallpaper, pelmets and original fittings, a bit like staying with your great-aunt. We were very comfortable, and as the only guests we had open access to the bathrooms. Victor is still involved in ongoing improvements, but this does not affect guests. Joyce is 'retired' now, but enjoys greeting and...

This B&B proved to be a fun and convenient stop-over in Kamloops as we travelled between Vancouver and the Rockies. Victor was an amazingly friendly and helpful host. The house is only a few blocks from the main street, eateries, and the promenade along the river.

We were surprised at how good this B&B was considering the price. It is an older home undergoing renovations, but this did not detract at all from the comfortable, spacious bedroom we had. Some quirky features and the wallpaper added to the charm of the place. Victor and Joyce were lovely hosts and Victor worked like a Trojan. We could...

This B&B is conveniently located just off main st. Very reasonably priced. The building is 1900 vintage but the inside is tastefully decorated. Double queen room was very large and well appointed. We were greeted by Joyce but it is Victor that basically runs the B&B. The stories about the humongous choices for breakfast are not exaggerated. No hot choices...
