We have found that the best western premier Aberdeen in Kamloops has always gone above and beyond. Clean rooms. Quiet so you get a good rest and the staff are excellent. Parking can be a bit hard once in awhile due to the Restraunt but nothing to write home about lol Highly recommend.

Great place to stay! We had a room with a King sized bed because we are both tall people and the bed was comfortable. The room surprised us...great double decker windows overlooking the river. Updated and modern decor with vaulted ceiling. Microwave, fridge, and air-conditioning that worked great. Super clean!! Also a fabulous restaurant "Twisted Steak". We'll stay again for sure

Our kids absolutely fell in love with the pool and the waterslide. The location was great and central. The room was clean and updated well. The room was a bit on the smaller side but still worked well for our family.

We arrived after midnight, was just a room to rest on our journey from Edmonton to Vancouver, so we were not expecting much, the room was lovely. It was clean and had everything we needed and more. The staff was very friendly at check in and at check out. Would stay here again for sure.

We stayed here for one night before heading to Sun Peaks the next morning. At the time we parked our mid-sized truck there were a number of spots still open. By the later that afternoon and early evening the parking lot was swarming with cars and trucks trying to find spots to park. Either the Katch restaurant was pretty popular and/ or the hotel was pretty busy. We actually got a message on our truck windshield saying that a person witnessed another vehicle hit our truck and drive off. My partner was worried that the truck incurred damage so he alerted the front desk. They were cooperative, explaining we could start a report. However, it didn't appear that the truck sustained damage but it did make us worry about how little space that parking lot has for all these vehicles. With the restaurant and hotel patrons it isn't a big enough parking lot. People were parking where they shouldn't have and management didn't seem to mind. An aside, sure wish the hot tub was working...…

Terrible stay due to Grand opening of the bar downstairs and my room was directly above the bar. The bar does not follow the hotels policy for noise. Front desk explained they cannot do anything but ask the bar to turn it down which did nothing....

Upon check-in, I was offered an upgrade and staff went out of their way to welcome me and show appreciation that I was there. Wow. Breakfast was hot with some good choices, room was amazing and staff so friendly and helpful.

THE GOOD: This hotel was clean and in a good location. Reception was very friendly and even recommended a great restaurant for all of us to eat at! THE BAD: Found out that the Pool, Hot Tub and Hotel Pub were all closed, upon check-in. This information would have been nice to know at time of booking! Disappointed to be charged FULL BOOKING Price with all the closures! My suggestion would be for the hotel to update their website to let potential customers know of the amenity closures so they can decide whether or not they want to stay at this hotel. Maybe that's why there isn't anything posted on their website!

Jaccuzi didn't work. Called front desk, told me how to turn it on and I had done that but then tried it again and still didn't work so tried called back for about 20 minutes. Finally got an answer and she came up and tried it and it still didn't work, Said she would call maintenance and then never heard from her the rest of the night. In the morning I told the next front desk woman and she said she heard about it. I wasn't offered to change rooms that night, and wasn't offered a discount at check out. I found the staff to be friendly but unhelpful. Beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in though.

This is my families FAVORITE hotel when visiting Kamloops. The staff here is beyond hospitable. The front desk ladies are the sweetest! The staff that cleans the rooms are so kind! It's a friendly and professional atmosphere. They all work hard to keep this place amazing. I am quite impressed with this hotel and their staff. I have stayed at many hotels and these guys are by far the BEST my family and i have ever experienced!
