Terrible sleep - this is next to the freeway. Lots of drug addicts in the parking lot. Open Wifi is not secure. No breakfast included. Cutsey marketing seems a distraction for cheapness. Rooms were clean and was average for pet friendliness.

Hello Patti, We are sorry to hear you had a terrible sleep and although we cannot change our location we can make a note for the future that you prefer the front side of the building. We do have security onsite that is here to deal with any issues that arise including homeless people hanging around the property which they will then escort off the property. Had a beautiful sleep, fluffy pillows, pet friendly which is the biggest seller for my family and I. We are always relaxed. Always consistent in whatever city we stay in. Easy check in and check out. Love the duck theme.

The hotel room stank like a used clothing store. The AC was super noisy. The worse was the bagged breakfast. It was an insult. They keep doing what they did at the height of COVID, but those days are past. We travelled over 2000 km, had hotel breakfast in many places but nothing as bad as what we got here.

We always have a great stay when we stay at the accent inn in Kamloops. The beds are comfy and close to shopping and restaurants. Very quiet as well and they have hot water right away! Would stay here again.

Front desk staff extremely friendly. Room was comfortable and the addition of a microwave and dishes etc was nice. Air conditioner quiet too. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to our friends and family.

My husband have a job in Kamloops, we stayed 2 weeks in Accent Inn Kamloops. Our room is neat and tidy. Air conditioning is very cool, our pet love it very much. Very convenient location and Staff are very friendly and helpful. No matter you meet them in the early morning or late night. They smiled to you. One thing we feel unsatisfied is the "grab & go breakfast". "Muffin & orange" everyday. We hope you can resume normal hot serving breakfast soon.

We have stayed at this facility many times. The staff have always been pleasant and helpful. The rooms have always been clean and comfortable. Our grandchildren love the pool and the restaurants and stores within walking distance.

Read the reviews, saw it was centrally located, had a pool and included breakfast, however it was a 'bag breakfast' we thought we were hearing things, juice box, orange, granola bar, yogurt, due to Covid restrictions being lifted this was totally "unacceptable" also the pillows were too large making for a very uncomfortable nights sleep!

Stayed one night on our BC road trip. First time we stayed at this chain. Won’t be the last! They think of everything you might need in the room. Other pluses include: heated pool; very clean and modern rooms; easy access to restaurants; and best of all, they gave our toddler two rubber duckies! Who could ask for anything more? Only one drawback, the doors were very easily opened from inside. Anyone with a toddler knows that this is a nightmare. We had to plant our suitcases in front of it to prevent him from escaping.
