Had a booking go thru by accident on a booking website, it didn't confirm just booked. I contacted the hotel IMMEDIATELY and they refused to not charge me even though they hadn't yet! After telling them it was an error they billed me right away!! They refuse to refund it. I drove by and it's the sketchiest looking place no wonder they acted so underhanded.

We stayed one night. Don’t know if it was pricey or not as it was included in our tour package. It was hard to tell if it was just starting to get run down or had just been updated quick and cheap. The pool and game room were more for families than couples. It was clean. The dude in the lobby needs to know that blasting Badshah might not be to everyone’s taste.

Terrible parking lot behind the hotel, anyone driving a vehicle larger than a compact will not have enough room to get out of the stall. The complimentary breakfast consisted of cereal and toast, juice machine and coffee maker were out of order. The room itself was ok, but the bathroom was the smallest I’ve seen in a hotel room, ever. Things were in disrepair and not maintained, including the elevator.

The location was good. The breakfast was underwhelming, to say the least. The staff tried to be helpful. The parking was free. The main entrance was not working properly. Upon arrival, the key cards they gave weren't working so I had to go back downstairs to get them checked and the person at the front of the hotel was not sincere with his apology and was talking to his co-staff while he was assisting me. There was also this time where I needed something and they said that I had to go pick it up from the front desk because they were out of staff. That was such a bummer.
