This is below average even by Motel Standards. Linens did not look clean to be honest. Bedding too wasn't that comfortable. Only positive is the view from the room we got which opened to a nice green area with Kamloops view.
Swimming Pool did not function due to covid but same is not mentioned on the hotel website so that was a downer as many properties now have pool with restrictions of people at a time.
Location is close to dinning option and motel has ample parking though its open and at your own risk types.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel as they have not maintained standards even for low price they charge.

I booked this stay from a Google search a month ahead of time. It was confirmed. The front desk called me about 8 PM. She rudely told me check in cut off was 9 PM. I was about 90 min away. Very rude.

The quality is of a budget mom and pop motel. Please note that there is no laundry or coin op available contrary to advertized. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker is in the room. Beautiful view out of rear window. Front desk person was very nice.

DISGUSTING….. do not book this hotel. Selected 1 star because zero was not an option. The pictures this hotel provides is false advertising… they must have taken it from another hotel. How is this place is still open is beyond me. Surprising BC health officials have not closed this place down!!! This has been the worst room I have ever seen. Walls falling apart, the tub was full of mold and stained black, the carpet which I think it was grey… hard to tell with all the stains on it, crooked floors, and the list goes on and on. Sleeping there was not an option, had to book another room at another hotel. Save yourself the trouble and think about your health… I repeat do not book here.

We made a reservation for a room with a view. We checked in to the room and there were fans. The AC didn't work. A toothbrush was left on the top of the wardrobe cupboard. Not ours. So much for cleaning standards during COVID. The desk clerk stated there was nothing she could do as there were no other rooms available. A pitcher was available under the toilet. That was to be used to fill up the toilet with water so it would flush as it was broken. The washroom floor was flooded in the middle of the night. Forty some degree weather. Changed rooms the next morning. Noticed that the plate for the light switch in the bathroom was hot to the touch. Fire hazard. About 9:30 that night the power in the room went off. Phoned the emergency number as there is a desk clerk only until 9:00 at night. The person said that she would reset the power in our room. Couldn't be reset for some reason. She gave us another room. Oh only the third room for a five night stay. Moved our luggage at 10:30 at night. It appears that the hotel had a fire before. The pool has not worked in over three years. The ice machine didn't work. Seems like the other part of the hotel where they moved us was “temporary housing” weekly or monthly. Beer drinking, drugs, and partying until early in the morning. Don't let the price fool you. You get what you pay for. Would you stay here? Will never ever go to the Hospitality Inn again! Good luck if you do. May your stay be a lot better than ours was.

If I could give lower, I would. Arrived to an unshovelled property. Slipped and fell, left side all sprained. Emailed to complain and received a response of 'sorry that happened to you' from the GENERAL MANAGER. completely RIDICULOUS. They are lucky nothing was broken. I spent more time in emerg than the room.
Now for the room. No heat. Doors have gaps so air goes through them. Floors are ice cold. Bathroom, was gross. Dust everywhere, dust on the ceiling. Walls are thin so you can hear everything.
My kid actually asked if we could just stay in the car instead.

Booked for my travelling niece. Confirmed late check-in. When she arrived, all was closed. No answer to phones or knocking on residence door. Shameful. Thankfully, she was able to get a room at the Best Western down the road.

This was one of the nicest motels i have ever stayed in! The rooms looked new and very are clean. The staff was also very kind and helped us in every way they could. The best thing about this motel though, is the view! it was simply amazing....it took my breath away. Every night i would sit outside on the grass with my family and just look at the beautiful view of the city. It was truly a vaction i will never forget....and i owe alot of that to that motel. I look forward to staying there in the future!!!

Deciding on an overnight road trip to Kamloops from Vancouver, we booked a night at the Hospitality Inn on May 9th. On the positive side, we found the inn is a clean place to stay with a superb view of the valley. The service is friendly enough and prompt. On the negative side, the interior room lightning was poor, privacy is minimal, both the lounge chairs were broken, the toilet flusher kept breaking (the chain kept coming off the drainage hinge) and the shower only half worked. Overall though, because of the view and because it’s clean it’s a fair deal at 80$/night.
Other Kamloops Tips: The East Indian Restaurant “Flavors of India” on the premises is much nicer on the inside than on the outside and has great food; downtown Kamloops and Riverside Park are frequented by many homeless folk and drug dealers, Pioneer Park is the Kitsilano Beach of Kamloops (teenage hangout), Hoodoos at Sun Rivers Golf Course has it all, view, service and great food! If you’re heading south and got time, take the scenic Nicola Valley Road to Merit.
