The staff was excellent at this facility. So I feel awful to say this place was dirty, outdated and not comfortable. From the condition of the beds and pillows, to the hairs in the bathroom and on the tiles from previous patrons, to the tiny breakfast area that was not cleaned throughout the morning as customers came and went. Every table was dirty, they ran out of plastic cutlery and it just felt gross. I'm sorry! I won't be back.

For the price this was a very good option for a night in Kamloops in my way to Vancouver. Room was clean, good beds, microwave. Also breakfast was included. Had noise coming from next door room during the night but this can happen on any hotel.

Could be a great spot, needs a massive cleaning and new breakfast set up. Found the check in area to be the cleanest place in the hotel. Our room was not cleaned well, the breakfast area was very dirty.

Service staff is great, always working around to ensure stay is comfortable and hassle free. Location is convenient for downtown Kamloops access. Parking lot is wide enough for easy parking and easy access to room.

Everything was amazing and the staff was very friendly ne the breakfast was amazing because there where so many options and there was a clean atmosphere around all the rooms and and there was a great market around the place and there was a hospital just a few blocks away!

Worst place we have ever stayed at.. bar none! Room was skanky, one towel and one face cloth.. bed was like sleeping on a board. Air conditioner was loud and noisy. Bathroom had rotting door frame.. place was horrible.. wasn’t impressed with staff

We stayed here a few weeks ago. We left an unflattering review on booking.com. Now the hotel has reported to booking.com that we never turned up, the negative review has been removed and we are being threatened with a “no show” fee. We stayed in a king suite that looked very different from the bright and airy photos on the internet. The room was actually labeled “home office” on the door. WTAF. Lighting in room very dim - likely on purpose so you could not see the filth. Most of the tiles on the bathroom floor were cracked. The surface of the bath was stained and perishing. There looked to be blood (or blood colored) stains on the curtains. Other guests were continuously smoking weed outside the rooms. The hotel just smelt of weed. Other patrons in the next room were signing for hours (like they were in a choir). It’s next to the hospital - so you will have to listen to helicopters landing and taking off at all hours of the day. Is this enough proof for you that we stayed in this less than acceptable standard hotel? The fact they are accessing us of not staying there and now threatening us with a no show fee - shows how dishonest OR poorly managed this property is. I suggest you don’t stay, I’ll try and attach photos to show the state of the room.…

This Hotel was very reasonable. It was fine for our overnight stop in Kamloops. It is near restaurants and recreational facilities. Well stocked with toiletries. Small continental breakfast served. The room had adequate facilities for our overnight stop. It is a bit shook looking . Could do with a makeover. And some of the rooms smelled heavily of cigarette smoke.We had a comfortable stay there and walked to a local Asian restaurant. Where we had a lovely meal.Overall I would recommend for an overnight stop if you want a place that is reasonable and convenient .

Not gonna lie first I thought the hotel itself looked very sketchy but when I checked in and stayed there, it was a good experience. It's not a fancy hotel with pool and stuff but it's good enough for spending a night or two. Very friendly hotel staff and good service. Breakfast menu is very limited to boiled eggs, bread (bagels, brownies, muffins, toast), waffles, coffee, and juice. They don't have any hot breakfast.

One of the least expensive places to stay. Spring mattress is lumpy. A/C sounds like 747. No milk or yogurt in breakfast. Parking in the back can be tricky because you are on a hill and need to avoid big dumpsters.
