We were there as a hockey team and we had an extremely early game on Sunday. The morning staff went above and beyond in making our boys a small bagged breakfast to help fuel them for the game. We called at 4:50, and they had something ready in 15 minutes. Great rooms, great breakfast, great pool!

Hilton quality we’ve come to expect. As per usual, the rooms are always spacious and clean. Complimentary breakfast was good and the kids had an absolute blast with the water side. Rave for the Hilton brand and another great stay. Good location over looking the valley with a couple restaurants in the area.

We were so impressed with this hotel. The lady that runs the breakfast buffet was amazing. The front desk very helpful allowing us to store our 2 fat bikes in the storage room. Hotel was spotless. Very quiet and rooms very clean. Beds very comfortable.

Clean, quiet, well priced, conveniently located hotel with friendly competent staff. There are plenty of places to eat nearby. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary breakfast which although similar to others, was a cut above, especially the service provided by the friendly breakfast room staff. I would definitely stay there again.

We have been regulars at this Hampton for years. We have seen employees and even managers, come and go and we witnessed the beautiful renovations and growth of this hotel as well. This is by far, the cleanest hotel we have stayed at. It is also super friendly and very accommodating. Gina has been the 1 constant for years. This woman is amazing and goes above and beyond for the breakfast room. She runs a very tight ship and provides tasty and always hot food. The room is always beyond clean and fully stocked. She does all of this and is still always smiling and welcoming. We ALWAYS look forward to seeing her beautiful smile upon our return. Nav is always amazing at the desk and has also been a family favorite. His warm smile lights up a room and he makes sure our family is always well taken care of. We can never thank this hotel and employees enough, for everything they have done for our family. For this visit, we wish to thank Gina, profusely for providing everyone with such an amazing breakfast experience. The hotel was packed with hockey players and families, and she kept everything clean and more than enough hot food....GINA YOU RAWK!!!! Lastly, thank you to Richard at the desk....pleasure dealing with you and Dora in housekeeping.....our suite was top notch and beyond clean. This hotel NEVER disappoints. Whenever i need to stay in Kamloops this is ALWAYS my go to Hotel!! It never disappoints, always friendly front desk people, always VERY VERY clean and the breakfast is really good. The rooms have been extremely nicely updated and the beds are comfortable!!

We stayed at the Hampton Inn in Kamloops BC. Nice hotel with a good breakfast. Parking area seems a bit crowded with possibly a crime problem. All signs tell you to take everything out of your car and lock up. We came away with a flat tire, although we could have picked up the pair of scissors elsewhere. (yes scissors) The restaurant at the other end of the parking area was noisy but the food was good.

rooms were modern but the bed's fitted sheets did not full fit over the mattress, bathroom safe bar was located in bad place. Normally it is either one end or the other to help you get in, well this one was place on the wall other side of the tub, you could not reach it to help you in but hold on to it if you are showering or getting up from the tub. No anti slip mats. Breakfast room was decent.
