My husband and I stayed one night in this hotel. Bed was comfy but the room was a little tired. Free breakfast was not so good. Dining room is too small and congested. Food was not great, tasteless pastries, and hot selection was disappointing. Too many people trying to access a small area for food. Wouldn't stay here again as it was full of kids, no doubt the pool being the attraction for them.
Our family stayed here for two nights on a mini vacation. The location was great. It was within walking distance to food and local amenities. There were some restrictions on pool pool use due to lingering COVID restrictions; however, we were able to use the pool twice at times that worked for us. I saw a housekeeper scrubbing the pool area down and she did a great job. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was quite friendly. The only minor downside is there is only one staff member on in the evening so if you are missing something in your room you will have to go down and get it yourself.
They could not provide a proper comforter in the room when it was booked for 4 guests. There was only one comforter and one small blanket (which was not sufficient for 2 people). They did not have extra blanket and comforter mentioning they ran out of it. we really struggled as a family. Why should they book room for 4 people, when they cannot provide blanket/comforter. Breakfast was good and lady accomodated our requests well. pool was good with slide and kids enjoyed that. They also have paid electric charger
The Comfort Suites in Kelowna absolutely 'checked every box' on my wishlist of hotel amenities, and I will recommend this place to everyone! Not only was the reception amazing, on top of the low price they also gave me a discount for being a Retired Canadian Military Member...WELL DONE AND THANK YOU! Clean, large rooms. Soft towels and linens. Snack shop and Business Center. Lovely pool, slide and hot tub. Delicious FREE breakfast...I can seriously go on with this list, but I think you get the point. Do yourself a favour and just stay here, you won't be disappointed. Happy Travels, Paul
Always here absolutely great service thank you staff It's always clean as well . There's a pool, gym and many amenities for you and your family. Anyways a I love it here and that's I have to say Thanks
Everything was perfect! Service was lovely and the room was clean and comfortable! Breakfast was amazing with fresh make your own waffles!! Definitely recommend for couples, families with children (The pool looked super fun!) and solo travellers!
Fantastic stay. Room was very clean, and comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, and amazing with my puppy. Thank you for making us feel so welcome..This was my first vacation ever, and I will definitely be making it a regular occurrence for Charlie and I!
We stayed at the hotel 3 nights for a family reunion and liked the clean, comfortable room with queen bed and separate sitting area. The front desk staff were very friendly and although we didn't utilize the pool, it seemed to be very popular. The complimentary breakfast included a pancake machine, yogurt, sausages, scrambled eggs, toast, English muffins, cereal, coffee and juice. Our only request would be to have fresh fruit available from the Okanagan.
We had booked with this hotel due to a family wedding. We had a king suite, The room was spacious, clean and well stocked, bed and linens were comfortable, the hot breakfast was decent. The staff that I dealt with were all pleasant, courteous and efficient. I would certainly consider staying here again.
The rooms were clean, and the amenities were nice. The shower was terrible, don't expect to have a decent shower here. The iron was broken. The staff is rude. They closed the breakfast 20 minutes earlier than the listed time. We asked the front desk about it and they rudely refused to acknowledge the actual time. Given the service, I felt the hotel is overpriced.
