Comfortable bed, large room, clean. Iron / iron board, coffee machine / fridge, safe available in the room. Eating facilities nearby, eg montana steaks. Big breakfast room, good for groups, opens at 7am. Breakfast quality not exceptionally good as pastries unfortunately not fresh, juices as well. Only hot food available plain egg omelette (tasty) and small wurstchen.

Hotel's Favourite
Our family stayed here for two nights on a mini vacation. The location was great. It was within walking distance to food and local amenities. There were some restrictions on pool pool use due to lingering COVID restrictions; however, we were able to use the pool twice at times that worked for us. I saw a housekeeper scrubbing the pool area down and she did a great job. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was quite friendly. The only minor downside is there is only one staff member on in the evening so if you are missing something in your room you will have to go down and get it yourself.

Had such a wonderful stay! We had a jacuzzi in the bedroom and all the staff were so lovely. Will be going back again for sure. It is so close to many restaurants and we just had skip the dishes deliver so we could relax.

From check in to check out, our experience was very good. We stayed for a full week and was not disappointed. The check in process was quick and easy Showed out to Dushar. The breakfast each day consisted of cold and hot dishes. Is a great way to start the day. Shout out to Meralina. We used the accessible room this visit, and it was clean and well prepared. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and great to use. Through the hotel, there was the constant cleaning staff maintaining the property beautifully. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for people to stay. When Visiting Kelowna BC.

Very nice hotel and very friendly staff. Rooms are big with all the regular amenities. Laundry on site which was very handy. Pool is a good size with a water slide. Not to far from water front and all.the entertainment.

This was a beautiful hotel with friendly staff. Our children enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The breakfast was abundant and the staff were lovely. We will choose this location again the next time we are staying in Kelowna.

The title of this review says it all. Our washroom was not properly cleaned. Stains were still clearly visible on the toilet. The sink had splatter marks all over it. The rest of the room was not much better — dead skin on the sofa bed, brown and red stains all over the ironing board, and sticky floors. You’d be better off sleeping in your car.

This is our go to hotel in Kelowna when in town with the kids and dog for appointments or shopping. Parking and location are easy to get to. Parking lot feels safe. Kids like the pool and water slide. Breakfast is standard but something for everyone to start the day. The staff are always excellent and we’ve had the same checkin staff for 3 years!

Pet friendly, multiple conveniences within walking distance, kind and welcoming staff, comfortable pillows, waterslide and hot tub, and a full breakfast to top it all off. This is our go-to accommodation when visiting with friends and family in Kelowna and has been for the last 5 years.
