I have stayed at this hotel many times and requested not to be on the first floor or facing the parking. Booked directly with the hotel and was placed on the first floor and facing the parking lot. Couldn't sleep with all the noise and headlights from the parking lot. Bathroom was also dirty with hair. Will think about another hotel when I'm in Kelowna next.
First room booked was not coast quality. Dingy old. Not even well cleaned. Complained to front desk when arrived and they generously offered a upgrade but had to stay the one night in the room. Got to the knew room it was way better but still a moderate hotel room. The bed was terrrible old and hard. Could not offer housekeeping as they said they had no staff. No robes in room and any amenities you had to gather at front desk. For the price I would never go here again.
We checked in for an over night stay, the lady that checked us in was very personable , professional and made us laugh. We were upgraded to a better room for a very reasonable price. It was clean quiet and we had a great nights sleep.
Excellent location, staff was awesome and facility very clean. I had made an error on line booking would recommend booking direct with Coast if you make an error they were awesome fixing up my error!!!
We had to wait 20 min for service at the snack shop in the morning and when we tried to pay for a $7 charge with a $20 bill we were told they didn't have change. At check out I was told they needed my charge card to “enter it into the system”. I questioned that as the actual charge was going through a minute later separately so why did it have to be entered into the system? Very odd and worrisome. I am now concerned that their systems security might allow a hacker to get my card.
No room cleaning or refresh of supplies. Room was spacious and comfortable. Front desk staff, servers and bar staff were friendly and helpful. Parking area is excellent, location is good. Spacious banquet hall. Overall fair value. I may recommend the hotel to others.
Great hotel just outside of the downtown area. Friendly staff, a good restaurant & bar in the hotel, close to other amenities with great restaurants within a 20 to 30 minute walk. Definitely good value for the cost of the room.
Friendly and helpful staff, clean environment, got a free room upgrade, free decent breakfast, central location, lobby is nice and comfortable with a good vibe. Definitely will stay there again if visiting Kelowna.
The staff are always very welcoming. Big smiles and warm greetings. Can not say enough about the front seat staff. They are amazing. Have stayed here often and will continue to use this hotel when I am in town.
We stayed in Coast Capri Hotel checking in April 15 and out April 18 with rate of $700.21 with tax, hotel charged us $819.44 right way when we checking in on April 15, it’s more than 17% over the total. When we checked out, the front desk said the refund will take 3-5 business days, if we didn’t receive the refund, call out bank. Are we the only client experience this over charge scenario? Why hotel charge 17% more when you check in? Say if there is 200 rooms, each room is charged 17% more when client check in daily, how much interest the hotel will accumulated within a year from client over charge? Is this legal? Please educate me?
