This was one of the most comfortable hotels we have ever stayed in. Our room had two comfortable recliners, plus a couch, very comfortable bed. The furniture is getting a bit worn, but clean. The view overlooking the lake is great and we liked being downtown, close to so many great restaurants.

Perfectly located in the heart of downtown and a well kept hotel. The staff were lovely and the hotel was great for our trip. If you’re looking for a cost friendly, beautiful hotel with great service, look no further. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Very comfortable clean room. Friendly staff for check in and out. We would of preferred a one bed room with maybe some seating. Maybe next time as we will definitely return. Enjoyed being able to walk to marina and food services.

The room I stayed in was spacious and clean. The location is fantastic. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast was super delicious. Lastly, I really want to thank Sierra. I had a last-minute business meeting I could not move and she allowed me to stay a bit longer past the normal check out to accommodate me, that was extremely kind and professional of her. All in all, staying here was the best decision I could have made for this trip to Kelowna. Thanks

Was attending a dance competition in Kelowna and stayed at the Royal Anne Hotel. Dealt with Krista at reservations first to book and then to subtract one night. She was lovely to deal with. The location was fantastic...restaurants and coffee shops right outside the front door. Also it was two blocks from the Kelowna Community theatre where the venue was so it was super convenient for us. Beds were very comfortable and better still they had great pillows. Fantastic breakfast with lots of choices...something to satisfy everyone. No hot foods but so much other choices it did not matter. Was pleasantly surprised to have daily housekeeping. Stayed in several hotels in the past two years and this was a first. Now my only negative. There are 64 rooms in the hotel but I only counted 27 parking spaces. I got there on a Wednesday night so I got one but took a cab out to the mall on the Saturday because there was no way I wanted to give that space up.…

Hi jjctravels, Thank you for staying with us over the VIBE dance competition. We greatly appreciate your business & sincerely thank you for what is overall an impressive review. We're very pleased to know you were happy with all aspects of the hotel, from the service received during your booking process... through to breakfast on the mornings of your stay with us. It's good to know we're doing things right! In regards to onsite parking.... if I could respectfully correct you JJ, we actually only have 52 guest rooms (formerly 64) in the hotel. With that said, the hotel is an older property & built at a time in history when there were far fewer drivers on the road. As such, we have limited onsite parking & it's impossible for us to add more space. As an option to parking onsite however, when both our parkade & parking lot are full, we suggest that guests park just 1 block over from the hotel, in Chapman Parkade. At ONLY $6 p/day for weekday parking, and totally FREE parking at night between the hours of 5:00pm - 9:00am (and FREE ALL weekend), you really can't beat it. It's such a good deal!! Although this hotel is a bit dated, and run down in spots, it is clean, and the staff are wonderful and location is excellent. Easy walk to venues, restraurants, shops the waterfront and other venues such as the Kelowna Community Theatre!

Very nice hotel. The continental breakfast came in handy! Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I love that it was in the heart of downtown and walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go to. We enjoyed our stay.

Always enjoy staying at Royal Anne. A clean well located hotel with free parking and continental (+) breakfast. Good selection of breakfast foods. Rooms clean and updated. I like arranging my booking directly with the hotel and felt treated fairly.

Great location, I walked everywhere I wanted to go. Also had a complimentary airport shuttle service that was easy to arrange and very flexible and courteous when I had to change my plans. Will definitely be staying here again when I return to Kelowna!
