The location is great. We've stayed here a few times and like the quiet rooms at the back of the hotel. The rooms (one queen) are small, but they're clean. We like the mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker. Overall, we were happy with the staff, breakfast and room, but in the 3 nights we spent there, housekeeping didn't do anything in our room. Each day we had to go ask for cups and coffee pods. The garbage was never emptied, and we don't mind keeping towels for a few days, but clean face cloths would have been nice.

Our room 128 was very quiet. Breakfast in the morning was with really cutlery and plates, rather than plastic, single use disposables. Made us very happy. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave suggestions for dinner.

This was just an overnight on the way to the island. I was there overnight with my two adult children. Very clean and comfortable. Great value for the money. Close to lots of amenities. Right on the highway so it was easy to find. Beds were very comfortable with lots of pillows.

I had my credit card in my apple wallet but I was told I was not able to use it to check in because he needed to put the card in the machine to accept payment. I was also asked if I was staying in the room alone - which I was - since I was travelling for business. My business partner, thankfully, used his card to cover my room, and when he paid, they accepted tap. I felt like they maybe thought I was a sex worker??? It felt discriminatory. My male business partner did not get the same questions or hassle. I was given a room on the main floor. When I returned from a networking event around 9 PM there was unhoused people milling about in the parking lot. The window to my room was left open by the cleaning staff behind closed curtains, and there was a large gap with light coming in under the door to the unit. it was enough of a gap that I could see people’s shadows as they passed by. The room was clean but freezing until I got the baseboard heater going. The internet worked great. The breakfast was great. Staff kept the coffee hot and the area clean throughout the morning and restocked items that ran low. The gentleman who handled my check out, was personable and great to deal with. I had to borrow a charging base for my cell phone and he was very helpful. Checkout was smooth and quick.

The room was OK just needed a place to sleep, sleep wasn’t good though. Walls too thin, neighbours got up at 4:30am then were very loud until 6 when they left with their TV still blaring and easy to hear through the wall, highway is quite noisy as well.

Nice hotel, could have better breakfast selections. As it was the same breakfast everyday. And not everyone likes waffles r hard boiled eggs daily. Pool was very clean and well maintained as well as the hot tub.

Booking.com should put a tab for searching a do it yourself hotel. Broken ice machine-on going. No cleaning of rooms, they did not tell you that when you are booking. No fresh towel nor garbage pickup got to go around and pick it up yourself.

Upon arrival Maria checked us in. She was super friendly and professional also funny 😄 We stayed 2 nights and were treated very friendly from all the staff. The breakfast was fresh as Maria made a lot of it herself the night before each breakfast. Fresh bread, banana bread and muffins. What a special over and beyond service. Our A/C was not working and they had it replaced within a couple hours. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. They are outside rooms The pool was kept clean and towels restocked. Defiantly will stay again when going through Kelowna.

This hotel / motel is not exactly the Sheraton, but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly, and the price was right for the amount of time we spent there, just sleeping. There was a nice selection of food for breakfast... included in the price. Good value for the reduced price.
