I highly recommend staying here. The room was modern, very clean and comfortable. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. It is right across the highway from the airport and provides a great fast shuttle service. Nice restaurant on site with others within walking distance.

Currently staying in this hotel. There is no internet - less than 1MBPS. Understandable that things happen but I am here for work. I’ve called the front desk twice and sent messages through the bonvoy app. Both staff members I’ve spoken to said they would follow up and provide me with an update with nothing for several hours. There is also a swirling sound that is non stop from the unit above me which is unbearable. I assume it is a jacuzzi. For anyone that needs to stay in town for work I highly do not recommend this hotel as they don’t seem to care about their Guest experience at all.

Great hotel! Love the location, quiet and super friendly staff! Great food at the restaurant. It’s a comforting atmosphere and very clean! The pool and gym were also clean and well kept. Will return for sure. Kellee, the house keeper did a great job keeping the room clean! Very welcoming to stay in a clean room.

I'll start with the positives. The room was very well appointed and clean (thanks Buyn). The restaurant was pretty decent food, their happy hour is 4 to 6:00. The happy hour shareables are limited but not bad in terms of flavor. I was in a suite which had a small kitchenette and was pretty good. For the negatives the hotel is currently under construction and my room was the last room before the construction zone. I was here on business and had a noisy meeting due to that. The pool and water slide I think are closed and not sure about other amenities. The largest negative experience I had here was the wi-fi. There is a card in the room with incorrect instructions on how to log into the Wi-Fi, the card said to go to a website and then you could log in however there's just a simple password for the Wi-Fi that you had to phone down for. Additionally, the Wi-Fi is internet 10 which just isn't sufficient for everyday use anymore. I wouldn't be disappointed staying here again but I also wouldn't be excited. One last issue is the mobile key card worked however the door handle is super heavy and sticky and you would need two free hands which you don't always have coming in and out of hotel rooms.…

On behalf of the hotel, please accept my apologies for the dissatisfaction you experienced during your visit. Providing our guests with a comfortable quiet stay is top priority, and I would like to apologize that we fell short in this area. Our pool is open daily from 7:00am-11:00pm. The waterslide has been closed permanently since 2020. We are currently in the process of upgrade the Internet and should have our new Internet up and running within the next month or two. I hope that the time will come in the future when we will be able to re-earn your trust and that you will be able to enjoy the experience that so many of our guests have come to love.

We stayed here whilst on evacuation from our home. Rooms are very comfortable. AC unit was very quiet. Bedding was excellent. Loved the shower, rather than stepping over a tub. Breakfast was excellent. Gulfstream restaurant was great. All the staff that we met were excellent.

We were evacuated during the wildfires and staying at the FourPoints Hotel. Staff were great very helpful. Special shout out to Kathy in the GulfStream restaurant. She was excellent and made us feel very much at home during a very stressful time.
