Hotel's Favourite
We have been frequenting the Dilworth in for 15 plus years and have always enjoyed the amenities and friendly staff.
Rooms and Beds are clean and comfortable.
In all those years we have had one bad experience were someone broke into our vehicle stealing my wife's new Golf clubs out of the trunk, something which can happen anywhere.
The location is central which makes it very convenient.

Best Hotel experience with all the amenities. Excellent and accommodating front desk service. Rooms were clean and updated. Great little pool and hot tub and the breakfast was a great assortment of typical breakfast foods, well maintained by staff.

We were driving in from Calgary on our way further west. We wanted a place to not only spend the night but also visit with some friends. This fit the bill. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Our friend was debating spending the night, there was not another room that we could change to but they were willing to provide a cot. In the morning, we woke up late and my partner would have missed breakfast, the staff let him take some things to eat after and did not rush us. The pool and hot tub were good, there were many kids splashing around in it tho. And same for this, the staff were not strict with closing time, so it was nice to have some quiet solo time in the tub. It is a great location, near some good food and sites, walking distance. And if you have chance to check out the beaches, definitely do that.

Thank you for your detailed review! We’re glad to hear that our location was convenient for your travels and that you enjoyed your stay with us. 😊 It’s wonderful to know that our staff could accommodate your needs, from providing a cot for your friend to allowing a late breakfast. This is not a 5 star accommodation but neither is it priced as such. The inn is somewhat dated but the rooms including the bathroom and bed linens are clean which is of importance to us..great place for a great price and continental breakfast is a bonus but if one prefers there is a White Spot restaurant adjacent to the property. The Inn is a block off the main highway so the noise level is quite acceptable.

Lovely, friendly staff but nowhere near worth the $279 a night we paid for the stay.
If I'd have known, I wouldn't have paid more than a hundred bucks, and grudgingly at that.
I appreciate they've had a hard time with Covid, and I'll cut them a bit of slack for it , but come on guys.
The "free breakfast" provided in the breakfast room is just a terrible miserly experience.
The plastic cups, plates, knives and forks they provide are possibly the cheapest quality I've EVER seen and the availability of the food is like it is being rationed out at a refugee center.
The plates break in two if you lay a piece of toast on them.
Prepackaged croissants, muffins and frozen waffles in these times is just not acceptable, drop either the price or the anguish of the free breakfast.
Three mornings I went down and there was only one hard boiled egg left.
As I said, for $279 a night I expect at least a pretense of giving you something of substance or quality.
Our beds were not made on ANY of the nights we stayed due to a staff shortage . Yes I understand that it's hard to get hotel staff these days but there was no concession made on the price.
It's my own fault, I got fleeced because I didn't do enough research.
I guess nobody will take any notice of what I say , the place seemed to be fairly full while we were there.
Maybe that's the going rate for Kelowna but I can tell you that vacations in tropical resorts are about ONE THIRD of the price and they are "all inclusive and top quality"
I don't blame the hotel, they will charge whatever the market can bear but I won't visit the city again until they get real about their prices. Don't care what they say about it being a "boom town. "
To me it had all the feel of a truck stop.

Thank you for the feedback. What a regrettable experience you had with our breakfast. Our lack luster breakfast was the result of supply issues to the point where we had to run to the store to get milk and bread just have something to offer. As you yourself have pointed out Kelowna is a "Spring Break Town" so we can only do so much about the rate when our competition is where they were with the price. We are sorry that you had a less than acceptable visit and hope that you come back to see the improvements we have made since your last stay with us.

Stayed three nights. Older hotel, but clean and with wonderful staff and excellent value. Everyone was so friendly from desk staff, to cleaners and breakfast staff. Good continental breakfast included with the room. We travelled with a pet and the pet fee wasn't bad at $20, but that is per night. I understand a surcharge but struggle to understand why it is applied for every night when stating multiple nights But, back to positives. The bed was comfortable. Room temperature comfortable and heating/cooloing system not loud as in some hotels. Room was spacious and had mini-fridge and microwave. I didn't use the pool, but we did use the hot tub and it appeared clean and maintained. Easy walking distance to a wide variety of shops and restaurants. In short, I would recommend and would book again in future.

Check at the Dilworth Inn was easy and quite quick considering there were several folks checking in. Staff were friendly, we needed a rollaway cot and it was delivered quickly. The room was clean and met our needs. Everything worked as it should including the AC. We enjoyed our stay, excellent location, close to everything that we were interested in seeing. The place isn't new but everything was in working order and clean. The continental breakfast was fine but the little room where it is located was very warm and did not hold a lot of people. I would recommend this place if you are looking for a reasonably priced, clean, quiet place to sleep and stay.

The unit is dated, but very clean and comfortable. There was no street noise from our unit, but we could hear water and footsteps from floors above. The staff was very friendly and helpful We stopped at the sister property and there were no rooms, but clerk phoned Dilworth and reserved a room for us.
The hotel is across from the Orchard Park mall, so walking distance to shopping, movie theatre, and other amenities.
It includes a breakfast of cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice, coffee, hardboiled eggs and toaster waffles.

We wanted to visit some friends in Kelowna, and decided to relax overnight rather than do a return trip in 1 day. We were happy with our choice of stay. The building may be older but it has its perks. Our room was very spacious, has all the basic amenities and very clean. We didn't used the pool. Location is across the Orchard Mall and there are plenty of eateries within walking. Staff were friendly and cheerful. The Continental breakfast was satisfactory with good muffins, toast, juice, coffee, cereals, yogurts, boiled eggs, fresh apples and nutrition bars to take. The worker was there to clean the tables and refill any goodies. For us, it was relaxing and did not need to rush back home, and driving in the dark also.

This Hotel was reasonably priced when booked through Expedia. It is a somewhat dated building inside and out, but ticks all the boxes for everything a traveller appreciates. Large rooms with plenty of storage, comfortable bed, compact but workable bathroom. Breakfast included (continental but also serving boiled eggs), indoor swimming pool and hot tub. Friendly staff and free offstreet parking. Highly recommend.

Thank you for your inquiry. Our pool facilities were out of order for a few weeks so that we could replace all the pumps for both the pool and hot tub. We had some tile work to be done as well. As of today our pool facilities are open and fully operational once again for the summer season.
