Absolutely wonderful! Josee is a true Superhost with an attention to detail that is second to none. The space itself is immaculate, cozy and relaxing. The breakfast, wine and charcuterie board deserve a Michelin star. My partner and I had a ball and I 10/10 recommend this bed and breakfast to anyone who is passing through Kelowna, or requires a little post-op TLC.

A lovely getaway to relax and unwind and be spoiled in a luxurious setting!
Josee and Andrew treat you so well. The food experience is beyond exceptional and everything is 5 star. The food is presented on beautiful dishes with little touches of flowers and candles at every single meal. Josee’s passion for decorating and entertaining is a gift she loves sharing!
The property is unique….like a small, intimate inn. Every room has private entrances and romantic decor. A salt water pool to enjoy the gorgeous Okanagan sunshine and comfy loungers too. The hot tub is there to relax in and soothe away the stress. Beautiful bathrooms with big soaker tubs. Exquisite robes, towels and linens make you feel like royalty.

Perfect getaway in luxurious peaceful setting. We enjoyed 3 nights that began with a warm welcome and host Andrew’s delicious rum punch. We ordered the charcuterie and wine which was a welcome way to relax after a day of travel. Our suite had every amenity we could ask for and we were delighted with the breakfasts that arrived each morning! The pool and hot tub made the whole experience complete and Josee’s cooking was superb. We also ordered the 4 course dinner and enjoyed halibut and steak cooked to perfection. The location was wonderful with lovely views and easy access to all the things we wanted to see and do in Kelowna. Wineries, golf, and the waterfront were all easily within reach. The flowers and gardens, decor and warmth of the hosts made this our perfect spot to stay and we can’t wait to return!

Wow! A friend recommended this B&B as a quiet getaway in Kelowna and it did not disappoint. The grounds, pool and room were enough to sell me but the hosts really sold me on Vista Villa. The service is above and beyond with small gestures like chocolate and bottled water left by your bed, fresh towels by the pool to the generous and delicious breakfasts. If we were in need of anything it was offered to us. The location is perfect for checking out the wineries in both kelowna and West Kelowna and only a short drive to the downtown restaurants; yet far enough away from the busy hotels of Kelowna to make you feel that you are in your own private oasis. Also, the view from the upper balcony where you can enjoy your breakfast is stunning! I am looking forward to my next visit.

Every moment, every view, every attention to detail fills your senses!! From the moment you arrive and have your own designated parking spot, to meeting Josee who greets you as if you're someone she's always known, to seeing the gorgeous suite where everything you can possibly want has already been laid out for you! Every area is calming and soothing, relaxed and welcoming! The 4-course private dinner for two was perfection! It was our first visit but it will not be our last! We can't wait to return!! A dress code for? If you plan to marry here or celebrate a special occasion, it is entirely up to you if you dress casually or formally as it is your very special occasion!
We do serve dinner to our brides & grooms and their guests. Buffet & meal selection can be viewed on our main website. Simple google A Vista Villa and we should come up right away.
