On the east mountainside of Penticton, the amazing view from 10 private acres overlooks Okanagan Lake and the Naramata Bench (home to many award winning wineries). Three very spacious deluxe suites are completely self-contained, beautifully decorated, private and quiet. At 1200 sq ft on 2 levels, each has a fully equipped kitchen, 1-1/2 bathrooms, 3 decks, BBQ, fireplace, 2 conversational seating areas, Wi-Fi, TV with Satellite and DVD, telephone, toiletries and much much more. Family and pet friendly, each suite may accommodate up to 6 people. Your own little home away from home. The suites allow you complete privacy with everything you could need. The view from the balcony alone is worth the stay - breathtaking! Alix and Ken are absolutely wonderful! They definitely surpass a 5 star, I highly recommend.

Just wanted to say thank you for allowing my sister and I to stay your beautiful guest suites. You have thought of everything! We enjoyed so much sitting on the deck and enjoying morning coffee and evening wine! Unfortunately the smoke from the fires this year marred the beautiful view! We will definitely come back again when we can admire the lake and the views from the suites, and stay longer! Again, thanks Alix. Your suites are amazing. I have told many of my friends about you. One of the most beautiful apartments I have ever stayed in! The apartment goes over two floors with two terraces overlooking Okanagan Lake and a patio with a grill. The large apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace, and a great layout. The house has only three guest suites. Do bring your own breakfast although kitchen essentials like coffee and tea are in the apartment. The house is at a great spot to relax but also to explore the yet little discovered Okanagan Lake with its great wineries, lots of hikes but also water sports.

What with the fully equipped kitchen, BBQ and fresh herbs ready for picking in the garden (season dependent, of course), you can may whip up any culinary concoction that strikes your fancy!

My wife and I, plus and another couple stayed here for 4 days. It was the perfect getaway from the city. Tucked up a mountain, with a view that overlooks the lake. The house was spacious and immaculate, carrying ever ammentiy that you require. Alix, the host, was there to answer any questions without being too imposing. Enjoy the sun set's from the patio!!

We had the most relaxing stay at the Crooked Tree this past weekend. Wonderful hosts, beautiful house, a spectacular view, and a perfect location if you'd like to visit the Naramata Bench wineries. Our hosts took such wonderful care of us and made us feel really welcome. The house was immaculate and had everything we needed and more - everything was taken care of for us down to the smallest detail. The patio is definitely a highlight of this beautiful property and is perfect for lounging during the day to catch some rays, to have a family meal, and to watch the sun set over the mountains while drinking wine. Would absolutely recommend this beautiful gem! We are already planning our next visit.

I chose the location to celebrate my birthday weekend with girlfriends coming to visit from all over. We had the best time, and loved everything about the accommodation. Excellent and friendly service, and prompt communications. The only thing I would change is to stay longer! The units are clean, spacious, beautifully decorated, very well stocked and offer stunning views. The property has electric charge stations for vehicles which one friend used and appreciated. We loved the patios for breakfast in the morning and sunsets to enjoy our dinner outside. I would highly recommend for group and family travel or a couple getaway. It's conveniently located near so many activities from hiking, cycling, water sports, wine tasting, golfing, etc.

I really regretted having to do that, but we had a lot of housekeeping to do before our next guests arrived. Seems you didn’t mind a bit. From the availability of the host to answer questions and deal with a late check -in time to the wonderful view and comfortable accommodations, to the not so minor (for me) ability to bring along my dog with no fuss (and wonderful welcome, both two and four legged), i have nothing but good things to say about Crooked Tree Guest Suites! It was comfortable enough that I would love to come for a longer stay any time of year, and relaxed enough that I felt comfortable in every sense. The kitchen was a big plus so I could treat my mother to a special birthday lunch with a super view. I just can't say enough good things about our stay! Thanks Alix and Ken!

Just finished a three night stay in the Spruce sweet. Gorgeous poured concrete floors, spacious layout, spotlessly clean, and the view...forget about it. Short drive to Penticton and a million wineries. A lot to do in the area, of course, but starting and ending the day in this space was perfect. Glass of wine the patio while the sun sets was something I’ll never forget. All of the 5 stars reviews are here for a reason.

Stayed here in May 2018 for four nights with my wife for our anniversary. We have traveled all over the world but never stayed in a place as nice as this. These suites are immaculate and very well equipped with everything you could ever need so you don't need to bring what you think they do not have because they have it.Two floors of well decorated functional living space awaits you with three balconies with loungers tables and chairs on all. The kitchen ensuite and powder room, large and well designed. Each unit also has a gas BBQ. Top floor has TV, gas fireplace couches and bedroom. Main floor is the entertainment area with plenty of seating, kitchen, bathrooms, huge deck overlooking the lake. Nestled up above the Naramata Bench about a 15 min short drive from downtown this…

My husband and I stayed 3 nights at the Crooked Tree Guest House last week, for our 12 year wedding anniversary. The property was absolutely beautiful! Alix was amazing at making sure every detail was looked after for us. We were also able to bring our dog, which was wonderful!
