Stay away from the rooms around the stairs. We a nice room on the upper floor but people who seem to live there smoke right outside the door. The room was well equipped with a kitchen and a bed set back in the room. Not very quiet with the road right behind you, best to get a room at the...

A lot of the rooms have long term tenants. The ones that don't definitely require upgrades and even basic services fixed. A budget hotel yes, but the room had hair in the bed (human or dog) and in the bathroom. Bed was old and sagging. The long term renters look down upon you as if your cramping there style, so...

Horrible experience. Booked two rooms between me and 6 friends. They double booked us the first night and we were forced to all cram into one room our first night. Both rooms were dirty and in need of cleaning. Bedsheets had clearly not been changed after the last guests and were stained as well as the duvets. Bathrooms were dirty...

Our 4th time returning- my husband and I got the newly renovated room on the bottom. It was great! The others are older and need a bit of an upgrade but it's still fun. Pool Heater was broken however, so it was icy cold (it used to be lovely warm saltwater) they had it kept very clean however and the...

The owners and staff made this a great place to stay. Clean, welcoming and a lovely clean pool. The location is perfect to get anywhere in Penticton! This is also a good family motel and if you have children it is safe for them. I really was taken care of by the staff it was a very pleasant stay.

Room is clean but a blast from the past with balloon lace curtains and burgundy on top. Walls are clean white but with the words No Smoking stenciled under the window and on the bathroom door. Regardless did feel smoking residue was in the room maybe in rugs.. Outside door has a trail of burgundy painted design. A bit funky!...

I booked three nights in this motel and then we had a death in the family. Twelve days before our arrival date I asked them to cancel my reservation. They insisted on charging me for one night despite the tragic circumstances. I would never recommend a company that shows so little compassion.

This stay was unplanned in Penticton due to uncontrolled wildfire in Oliver just south of Penticton. We were given an upstairs room with exterior stairwell access; small but very clean and comfortable for a night's stay. Good size sparkling clean swimming pool and bbq's for guest use. Older motel with older style furniture that is actually in very good condition....

Recently booked there, and decided after 5 minutes we wouldn't be staying. Unfortunately we had to stay the 1 night, as per the rules for cancellation. Should be noted that there are people who actually reside there full time. The person who was "living" in the room next to us had some very dodgy people knocking at their door throughout...

We used to stay here when our daughter was young...about thirty years ago. Back then it was in better shape and had more long staying guests. We would normally stay at the Super 8 on Main Street but it was $150.00 more for the two nights. Only in Penticton to visit friends so we only needed a place to sleep....

“Our "non-smoking" room smelled badly of cig smoke, and we complained and got an identical room that didn't smell at all. I guess they just made a mistake. They were very accommodating though. So if you have concerns with the room, just ask if they have a different room they can put you in.”

“I think the quieter rooms would be the rooms furthest from the office in the entrance. We noticed the younger crowds were put in those rooms where they could keep an eye on them and our family was put at the end away from them.lol Smart.”
