Although the price was decent, it did not meet bottom line standards. As we entered the room, I saw the comforter as well as the sheets had huge stains on them. When I told the receptionist about the sheets, there was a language barrier that took some time to work through. She sent an older gentleman who also did not...

We stayed there from Friday, August 22 to Sunday the 24th, we had booked 3 rooms with them as we went up with a group of 10 for a birthday weekend. Each room costed 300.00$ for 2 nights plus a 40$ Cash key deposit. The beds miswell not have been there as it was just as comfortable as sleeping on...

Not too impressed. They knew we were coming (we had a reservation and had called ahead to let them know we would be arriving after 9pm) and still our room was a stale boiling hot stink hole when we go there (could have turned the a/c on for 30minutes prior to our arrival, but you get what you pay for...

This place was cheap and provided all we needed, except for a comfortable couch. But we utilized and enjoyed our kitchenette, used the pool, appreciated the proximity of the shopping mall (across the road), location was alright, we had bikes and we could easily bike to both lakes. Walked 40 min from the motel to Okanagan Lake to the tubing...

This hotel is super old and only one staff member seems to speak English. The pool outside is set up with two bbqs for guests to use and seating. Was awesome when we were sick of pub food! I wouldn't necessarily run back here but it was very convenient for boonstock. We chose to not camp so a bed and...

The hotel is definitely nothing special. Very old but it was freshly painted, clean and beds were comfortable. Pool was cleaned daily. All three doors were sticking and hard to open or close. It was in the area we needed to be in for an anniversary party so the location was good for us. Right next to Cherry Lane shopping...

If you are on a budget but don't want to sleep with bugs this place is perfect. We found this cutie on our last bit of stay and wished we had found it from day 1!! Everywhere else was over-priced and we even ended up with a bug infested room and was filthy. UUUGGGGHH! This place was a blessing to...

This was my third time to stay at the Pass Motor Inn. I got a better room than before (more recently renovated). All rooms are very clean and home-decorated obviously by the owner's wife/family. Nice curtains and bedsheets treatments. Fridge and TV etc all work well. A/C or just open a window for the nice Okanagan breeze. There appear to...

Clean, central, and relatively quiet even though it's on a main street. Did't hear a thing from the other guests. Very nice family run the motel. They have rooms with separate bedrooms so if someone snores, the other can get some sleep!

“Our "non-smoking" room smelled badly of cig smoke, and we complained and got an identical room that didn't smell at all. I guess they just made a mistake. They were very accommodating though. So if you have concerns with the room, just ask if they have a different room they can put you in.”

“I think the quieter rooms would be the rooms furthest from the office in the entrance. We noticed the younger crowds were put in those rooms where they could keep an eye on them and our family was put at the end away from them.lol Smart.”
