We visited the hotel from April 14 to April 17, 2017. The people at the front desk were very helpful and friendly. The rooms were large and we had a room facing the lake. Everything was clean and well appointed. We asked for a few recommendations on where to eat and everything recommended was spot on. For the price, which...

The only thing I will remember is the noise. We were on the 2nd floor with a room overlooking the lake which was beautiful. Unfortunately the room opposite us were in and out slamming doors and making a lot of noise most of the night. You can hear everything in the rooms, including the bar noise or party noise from...

Lovely location, great view of the surrounding area, wonderful friendly staff at front counter. Barking parrot is good for a pint or two and food is tasty. Room is lovely and bed comfortable. Nice patio on the room which is a good place to enjoy the view and a glass of champagne.

I am from the okanagan area so I rarely need a hotel. While in Penticton for the Okanagan Fest of Ale, we decided to get a room for the night so we didn't have to arrange for transport back to Oliver. I've never stayed at the Lakeside but it is known as "the place to stay" in Penticton. Probably their...

The stay was just for one night, but wanted to stay for more. Friendly staff, spacious room, and late night room service (have the cheese pizza and chichen fingers are both good) and of course the view off the patio looking down the Oganagan Lake! The rooms are quiet and beds are comfortable, even have a small fridge for use...

The hotel is good. The amenities in/near the hotel are the casino (not for long), a bar, a coffee shop, and the Hooded Merganser Restaurant (over the water). Stayed here before a few times. Ask for a lake view. The parking lot will give you a construction view these days.... New tower being constructed. It was pretty noisy for some...

The Penticton Lakeside Resort has been a great place to stay while we wine tour in the area. Literally everything about staying here has been great. The service in every area has exceeded expectations! We are already planning to come back.

An overnight stay in February. The room was clean and had all the usual bits and pieces in the bathroom. Loved the towels, much softer than some higher rated hotels I have stayed in. Great breakfast items offered with great coffee in the ground floor restaurant. Lovely views up the Lake from the third floor. Good food offered in the...

We have stayed at the Lakeside on many occasions. It is time for a facelift. Rooms are showing their wear. Bathrooms should be cleaned up with new shower curtain. Beds used to be very comfortable but are wearing down. This hotel is very convenient to downtown and the beach walk. We like to stay there as we are walkers. Nice...
