We traveled to Penticton on a fruit run. A pleasant city and a real nice hotel/resort. We had difficulty checking into our room due to a plumbing issue in our assigned room and were delayed for a couple hours until we were given a day room. We ended up staying in the day room overnight and we moved to our...

First of all, you will pay more if you want to have a lake view. Otherwise you will have a city view of some type. Try to request a room on the 4-6 floors. On the lower floors, you will have rooftop views and noise. If you are a light sleeper, know that the walls are paper thin and people...

Arrived at the resort late Monday evening, nice place loved the location, rooms were nice and clean. We only ate at the patio bar! Service was horrible and it wasn't busy since it was 9:30-10 pm. So we mainly just ate at various restaurants. Tried our hand at the Casino both nights it was nice that was there. We would...

The rooms are adequate, plain, air conditioning is impossible to control and there is no bathroom fan!!! Why? I was surprised to find they charge for parking, $5 a day. They did provide Starbucks coffee in the room and when I asked was given an extra few packets.

June of each year their is an Elvis festival held in Penticton. We chose this hotel as it is in a great location for all the activities. The park for the weekend events is next door and the car show was on out front. There is also a Saturday Farmer's Market which was fantastic. The Hotel is on the beach...

I called in the morning and advised reservations that I had a small dog traveling with us. Palo (?) reservations was great, very friendly and book the room for us. He advised of...

Visiting the area last week after reading great reviews. Airport is great as well as taxi service to and from the downtown area. Overall not impressed with the casino hotel and services. Upon my arrival I had lunch on the patio with mediocre service at best, and meals were incorrect when they came. Maybe the girls working the patio should...

Dear Guest, We are sorry to hear that your anticipations fell short of what you had expected. We are glade you were able to take advantage of our outdoor, lakeside patio, however it is unfortunate that the service was not what it should have been. Your feedback is very important to us and your review is being considered by our...

The rooms were average but the location is great. The rooms have starbucks coffee and real creamers, wifi is easy to access, and the lakeside room views are amazing. There is a lot to do with the casino connected to the hotel, as well as two restaurants and a bar on the main level; and of course the beach and...

Very nice location. Pay the extra for the lake view. It's well worth it. Our room could have used some updating but it was clean and well equipped. Good restaurants and private beach area is nice. You can also dock your own boat right out front which is awesome. Or you can rent boats and seadoos. Within easy walking distance...

I try to visit the Okanagan every summer and each time I do, I stay at the Lakeside. Its proximity to the Naramata wineries, as well as restaurants along Lakeshore Drive, keep me coming back. This time around, I booked four nights in an upgraded lakeview room (everything else was sold out) and I’m so glad I got to experience...
