A group of friends booked all three rooms at this fantastic bed and breakfast. We immediately felt like we were at home. Each room has a great theme and are extremely comfortable. Location is about a kilometre from the Okanagan lake beach front and just a few blocks of Main Street. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of options including several...

Very comfortable and very friendly B&B located near downtown Penticton. Wanda and Colin are great people and make you instantly comfortable. The breakfast choices are wide and delicious. Fresh fruit in season and home made preserves and syrups. I chose this for location but will chose Nikko every time from now on. Great value and the surprise treats put it...

If you're going to Penticton, stay here!!! Wanda and Colin are the sweetest hosts. The hot breakfast was delicious and Wanda makes the jam and bread herself. She even gave me a jar of her Apple Pie Jam as a goodbye gift :) The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had access to the large living room, and watched...

My Mom, son and I stayed for 6 nights while visiting from Ontario, and our stay was so wonderful we've been inspired to write our first online review. Wanda and Colin are both incredibly kind and interesting. They go out of their way to make you feel at home, and we really can't thank them enough for our wonderful stay....

Both hosts were very welcoming and helpful during our stay. The room was decorated well and comfortable and the bathrooms were always available and clean. Breakfast was delicious; especially the great assortment of jams. The outside decor is beautiful with a garden full of fresh flowers, vegetables and fruits.

Wanda and Colin will go out of their way to make you feel at home in their home. 3 guest rooms share 2 bathrooms and breakfasts are made to order according to your own time schedule. The breakfasts are really good and Wanda serves many of her own homemade fruit preserves which adds nicely to the experience. The B&B is...

We booked 2 nights at this B&B during Valentines weekend to visit family in the area. Just a little road trip and wanted somewhere that was economical and decent. We didn't get to Nikko's until close to 11pm that evening but was greated warmly even after being so late. The hosts who usually take care of the guests were currently...

We stayed here for 2 days enroute from Calgary to Vancouver. Colin and Wanda are the nicest, most welcoming hosts we've ever met! The entrance to the b&b is round the back of the main house (as shown by their delightful grandson). There is parking but the access is found via a little road round the back. As soon as...

Wanda and Colin are family oriented and we fell into step. Our stay of two nights revealed a most lovely Japanese themed room. It was a very pleasant and restful stay. The breakfasts sustained us almost the whole day. When we return to a future visit we will be staying at this B&B again.

I cannot rate Nikko's B and B highly enough. My friend am I traveled from Edmonton to Penticton by car in one day and we were overjoyed to end up at such a wonderful place. Wanda and Colin were the most incredible hosts; kind, welcoming, helpful and two of the most interesting and generous souls I've had the pleasure to...
