We booked a family suite. The room was large but had very little dishes or cooking utensils. The bathtub was incredibly slippery and slimy. The pool itself(quite small) is nice but the pictures don’t show the balcony apartment attached to the hotel that is very rundown and a huge eyesore. I would not stay here again.

Stayed for 2 nights, this place is just ok for 1 night stay, although the bed was comfortable and front desk person was nice, still this place needs up-gradation. Housekeeping staff only change towels not cleaning bathroom ? What kinda service is that? Front desk office is always locked? ha ha...

Decided to go to Penticton last minute for the car show so there was not much left to choose from. For what we paid for the room we were very disappointed. The room was very small, dirty carpets, mirror and doors. Had a view of the storage lot across the parking lot. Lumpy bed. Guess they gave us this room because we had a small dog with us even though they charged for her to stay. Positive is the location and the pool and courtyard looked nice even though we didn't have time to use it.

We checked in and checked out the same day! Absolutely disgusting! There is no excuse for the filth in our room! There was no protocol posted for COVID safety measures and clearly cleaning was of no priority. Food in the oven and stove elements, fingerprints everywhere, sticky handles and knobs, stained pillows and pillow cases, stained furniture. The list goes on and on. I will say that the front desk did refund us for two of the three nights we had booked which was a nice gesture, but he refused to refund the first night when we arrived. There was no other room offered or cleaning service when we complained about the room. Needless to say we paid for another hotel that night as we were afraid to even sit down. Will never return! We will be here in Penticton monthly, if not weekly this year staying at various hotels, but this one will not be visited again!! I have way more photos, but only 10 can be posted

Carpets are filthy. Tub and shower curtain dirty- shower curtain had mold/mildew. Very minimal utensils and cups and plates; 1 mug, 1 knife, no microwave where it was supposed to be one. No kettle. Loud and the other guests dogs would bark.

I took a chance booking a ‘superior suite’ at this place and what a mistake! The hotel description of amenities and photos posted online are not at all representative of the current state of this motel. It is VERY dirty and rundown…. We checked out early when mouse droppings were discovered under the kitchen sink in our suite! No apologies were given and no offer was provided to change rooms when the mouse droppings were reported. We were refunded for the remaining days on our booking but were not compensated in any way for our experience. It was an awful and disappointing experience. Needless to say, do not stay here!

these guys are theives. They stole $113 from me. Refuse to give me a refund. Totally unprofessional its a wonder how they are still in business and not dead yet. Beware do not stay here itll cost you far more then you realize

I had a reservation booked and somehow the 3rd party site didn't make a rule clear on the rate. With rockslide at Summerland,BC , my trip was thrown into limbo.
To be crystal clear, i never got to Penticton, but Raj (sp) was very accommodating on my plans.
I hope to be in Penticton for friends maybe in Oct. I will put this property as number one on my list to syay at, simply based on the cust service of Raj when I called direct.
The hotel seemed good from ratings and this is very important for traveller's unfamiliar with property

What an absolute dump. I can't say enough bad things about this place. Dirty, sticky carpets, health hazards, stained pillows. Fridge not clean.
Owner was smirk when I voiced my concerns and didn't seem to care.
They don't inforce the none smoking . I had smoke coming into my room with my 5 month old there.

This was the noisiest stay I’ve ever had. The pipes were clanging all night. It was extremely loud and I barely got any sleep. The hotel did nothing to resolve this. The place is falling apart. There is also suppose to be coffee in room, of course there was nothing.

The room I had, while dated, was very clean. So, old furnishings but really well kept. I've certainly stayed in much newer properties that weren't nearly as well maintained. I already have another night booked and definitely the price was right.
There are more places to choose from in the Penticton area.
