We actually packed up and lef this place because the woman running it was so rude. Also the outhouses were of a 3rd world variety. The campsites were filthy and swarming with flies. Never ever EVER go to this place.

After checking in and setting up our tents the female owner of the resort drove into our site and proceeded to chastise us with finger waving and ranting...that we were out of our site" boundaries"...there were no other campers in our area and no defined areas for the sites. We explained that we set our tents in the only area...

We attended a function at the lost moose lodge in June 2007 which included dinner inside the lodge. Their website does an excellent job of hiding its dirty floorboards, dated decor, rickety, plastic covered chairs and tables that look like they were purchased from fire sale. One word to describe this lodge is DIRTY. Dinner wise, if you enjoy packaged...

We stayed in the cabins and the view of the city of Penticton and Lake Okanagan below was absolutely beautiful. We ate at the restaurant and found the food fabulous. The only thing not great was the promise that it was wheelchair accessible. It is NOT. The "path" for the wheelchair consisted of loose gravel that was extremely difficult for...

We came here for a family reunion last summer and found it ideally suited to our needs as they have three guest cabins and a large campground. I think we were the first people to stay in the cabins because they appeared newly finished. The cabins were cozy and well-appointed, and the campers found the campground had everything they needed....
