Salmon Valley Campground is located 25 minutes north of Prince George on Hwy 97. Our beautiful little campground has 35 campsites, many of which are along the river. We have 12 power and water sites (combination of 15 amp and 30 amp sites). Most of our sites are back-in, with a few pull-through, as well as tent sites for all camping enthusiasts. We have a Coffee and Treat Bar on site with WIFI, serving specialty organic coffee, baked treats, ice cream, and our famous chocolate covered frozen cheesecake as well as some campground swag. We have clean washrooms with flushing toilets and free hot showers. We will be partnering up with a number of local businesses, artists and organizations to offer some fun activities and workshops at our campground this coming season. Our guests have raved about how welcome they feel and have fallen in love with our space. We have an easy and convenient booking system available on our website, and look forward to meeting you.

They work and effort that this campground has done to support the COVID 19 procedures was impressive. As such though things like the showers and the camp office were shut down and everything done through txt / email and friendly visits from the camp operators at a distance. This is the cleanest campground you will experience. The firewood is reasonably priced and very dry. We are starting a tradition of this being our first and last campground of the season, 1 year running so far :)

Nice location, not too far from town, adjacent to creek. Owners are very attentive and friendly. Office has a variety of items, snacks, and coffee. There's a bit of noise from the nearby road, but very little traffic at night.

This campground is truly a gem. We live close by in Prince George and this campground gives us an opportunity to stay an play on the river, camp, chill and relax - and my partner can visit us after work, stay the night, and still go back to work in the morning with out a crazy-long drive! When you can't get far away - this means a lot in terms of having great family experiences outdoors and no-one misses out! Also - this campground is IMMACULATE. The firewood is dry, the coffee is hot (and delicious) and there are cookies and scones that truly elevate the experience. *Hot showers, clean washrooms (flush toilets) and the finest grass around for the intense Bocce games we play round it all out. Is this 'glamping'? BTW - I also feel really safe here - management has their eye out…

Lovely, privately owned campground. Great location along the river. Free hot showers. We only stayed for one night, but wish we had more time there. Owner very helpful with travel planning. She also makes a wicked cappuccino!

Absolutely loved this campground!! Very easy to get to which bigger trailers, very clean, friendly service, and beautiful scenery! Was nice and quiet and has everything you need :) An added bonus was the hot showers which was super nice
