From the moment we drove up we liked the motel. It looked clean and adequate for our needs. The front office lady was kind and accommodating and managed to find us a room that we could bring our small dog into for a small added fee. The room was small but clean. If we are out this way again we wouldn’t hesitate to choose this motel if we have our dog with us again. It is indeed the best value.

The staff were very friendly, and the room was clean. We got a room with a kitchen, and it was quite spacious. The wifi wasn't working in the evening, but that was fixed by the morning. Luckily, cell signal was strong there. The location was great for access to many things. The bagged breakfast was a nice touch.

Front desk staff was friendly and efficient; our updated room was clean. Bagged breakfast was provided and coffee was available. The beds are soft which is the only reason I rated a 4 instead of a 5. I do better with a firm bed.

Travelled to Prince George on business and was booked in this Hotel for one night in a pet friendly room. It looked ok in the photos and was within walking distance of two restaurants.
We checked in and immediately were not able to watch TV something wrong with cable (was fixed within the hour). Began to get settled in, had Dinner
turned down the sheets to find big stains on the sheets. They were clean but stained. Big turn off for me. Started to notice that cleanliness was somewhat lacking, door had dirty finger prints and coffee drip running down the door. If this can’t be cleaned properly during a Pandemic it left me wondering about the the training of the housekeeping staff. So we had a quick shower and checked out to begin our drive home as my confidence in staying was low.

Excellent Front End lady greeted me with great character and warmth after my long day. The Room was Fabulous and very clean. I loved the spotlessly clean well made bed! & fluffy pillows!! The Shower in the morning was the absolute BEST!! Who needed a massage after that!! Wow!! Strong flowing showers and exceptionally cleanest tin ever!!
I would definitely make a point to stay there again on my next trip through!! Great Price and Friendly Owners and Staff.

Stayed here overnight on our way from Vancouver to Prince Rupert and then onto Haida Gwaii. Great value for money. Polite and professional front desk staff. Clean and comfortable room. We had a very good night's sleep. Would stay here again.

From the street this is a good looking Hotel/Motel, it has new siding, new brick work and while we were there they were discussing putting a new parking lot in.Once we walked in the Office though and met the lady behind the front desk our expectations of a nice place were dashed completely. The lady was rude, impatient, on more than one occasion asked "well what do you want?" as we tried to decide what room was best for our group. She barely wanted to get up to serve us to begin with. When we did get to our room it was clean but not a great amount of attention paid to detail in the cleaning, The room was spacious it had a small fridge, sink, microwave and of course a bathroom. The bathroom was clean but beat up with rough tile work and paint, the door did not close properly or lock because of a shoddy repair on the door knob where it looked like someone had kicked the door knob off. The beds were comfy, on the sheets we found burn marks (picture included), why this sheet was not thrown away is beyond me, on the other bed the same sheet was so badly stained we wondered why it had not been tossed. I liked the loctaion of this Motel, it is right on the highway, and close to everything a person will need. I have a feeling they are in a transition period and are doing some upgrades, I hope those upgrades include a bit of staff training and some TLC in the rooms.

Decent price. Room was nice and clean with mini fridge, kitchen sink, microwave, table, and coffee maker. Pretty quiet both nights we were there. Several restaurants nearby. Nice little courtyard benches with flowers to enjoy.
(and have a cigarette if you smoke) Continental breakfast was as expected. Huge bagals! Yum. Muffins, toast, fruit, coffee/tea, juice, milk and cereal. Overall, very nice stay. Would definitely go back.
