First off, we never intend to return to Prince George because, well, it’s Prince George. That said, should we ever come back we would happily stay here again. Great price for awesome beds, clean facilities, and lovely staff. The General Manager herself jumped in to act as bar tender for the wedding we were attending when the regular bar tender couldn’t make it. That is how you do customer service. Numerous tasty places to eat in the area. Crossroads, Nancy O’s (Easily the best food in town) and Aubree’s were all quite good. If you’re going to be staying in PG, make this your temporary home base.

Room Tip: Not the Ramadas fault but you’ll be downtown with lots of meth zombies that will literally ask...

A plus for the rain shower feature, a sense of uncomfortable having a huge mirror in front of the shower. Beds were fluffy and temperature was set to comfort. Stayed for business for 3 nights my room was not cleaned nor topped up. I had to wait until I ran into the room attendant to get more coffee n essentials such as clean towels etc. Was sitting in Starbucks down stairs, a young man with tattoos on his face, pants half way down his butt came into the establishment with 1 long knife (dagger) and a shorter knife in his pocket tried going up elevator, reception informed he has to stay here in order to go up in the elevator, he comes into Starbucks just standing there. I leave, I was not feeling secure looking at the weapons on his body. I go up to my room I inform the matainence guy. He said the cops won't do anything if they call the cops understands why vehicles are needing security, location is in the midst of high risk individuals. I didn't feel safe leaving the hotel especially at night. I go outside I am continually asked for money or cigarettes. Bless their souls and sending prayers of strength of seeking and finding the help they need. But this definitely tarnishes the sense of customer safety and lack of continuity of upkeeping of the room.

Nice hotel to stay in for business. The room is clean and the bed is clean and comfortable. The pool was refreshing. It is not in a nice part of town. There is a lot of street people hanging out around the area that the hotel is in.

I seldom fill out any time of feedback or survey forms. But I was so impressed by my whole experience at the PG Ramada, that I decided to do this. Being my first time in Prince George, I was uncertain about the downtown area and the random people hanging around. Also, the exterior appearance of the hotel looked old and outdated. Was I ever happily surprised when we drove up. Top rates indoor appearance and service! Highly recommended!

Hotel was nice and clean. Beds were comfortable. But the toilet is right in front of glass shower doors and can be seen from the bedroom like it’s on display, with no option for privacy! Disturbing and awkward to say the least.

Clean and quiet hotel. We enjoyed the secret fog window in the bathroom! Parking was well organized but we had to walk across the street. It was nice that there are restaurants close by that we could walk to.

Front desk staff had horrible customer service. Walls were paper thin, could hear the person in the next room farting loud and clear. Bathroom fan didn't work. No microwaves in any rooms. Bed frames in the two queen bed deluxe room were dangerous, shins are horribly bruised from the sharp corners. Old, out dated TV's with no streaming options, only crappy cable tv. King jacuzzi suite is very disappointing - looks ghetto/old and not worth the money at all. Hot tub in pool room was cold. Assistant general manager, the house keeping gal Anita were both great.

So far the room was spacy, clean. It smelt a bit due to the old interior but i bought a re-freshener. Internet strength was also ok true-out the room. Bathroom, with shower and bath was also ok and also clean. Overall happy with the price/room/location in PG. Still the rooms could get an upgrade ;-)
