Rented a suite. Separate bedroom, 2 TVs, pull out sofa, kitchen, a/c, full sized fridge, small desk with 2 chairs. Friendly receptionist. Paid: 133.00 with tax. Cons: the place needed some deep cleaning and proper paint job at minimum. Bathroom needed renovations. See 3 pictures posted.

we had the "suite" which meant a bed in living area as well as a hide a couch bed, full kitchen unit, and separate bedroom, both rooms with t.v. only 100.00 and that made it very affordable for the whole family, cooked meals in and the pool was great.

Thank you for your comments. That room type is very popular for families and are well used. It has lots of space and can handle when you have more than two kids, etc

We have stayed at this motel quite a few times because it is central and the price is not bad. The girls at the front desk always welcome us with big smiles and try to make our stay as peaceful as possible. Mind you, it is a dated motel and don't try to watch TV AND but on the microwave at the same time or you will blow a breaker. The pool is nice and we find that we have it mostly to ourselves when we go there. The restaurant serves great food and the waitresses are good for a laugh with there quick humor and great combacks. As I said, for the price, it's not bad at all. We had problems with the internet but that could be from our laptop and not their service provider.

Room was tidy but it needs upgrading. I don't think anything has been upgraded since the 1960s. Kitchen sink, stove and oven are one counter. Bathroom counted was barely attached to the wall. Don't lean on the counter.
Toilet leaked. Towels were stained. Shower wall was coming off. Mold on the ceiling. Bed on one side is broken and there was a dent in the mattress like someone had been there awhile. Hair that wasn't ours inside the bed. There were elephants staying upstairs. Someone booted our door. Transient people hang around there asking for cigarettes, weed and money.
The tv remote is ancient and barely works. No volume control and disconnects from the cable box. We tried going in the hot tub. Hot tub was slightly warmer than body temperature. The paint was peeling off the inside of it and the walls were very slimey. The hot tub also needs hand rails because the steps are very steep. I went in backwards because I had to climb down. You couldn't pay me to return

I have stayed here twice and it will defiantly be the last time. (The second time was due to the fact it was the only motel with vacancy In town)
On both occasions I have had to put up with undue rude service upon arrival and any other following interaction with the manager herself. I am a very easygoing person but It seems there is no conception of the customer service industry here. I put up with her discourteous and downright insulting behaviour only to stay in a hot room with cigaret burned sheets and dirt smeared towels. I am biting my tongue to not go on. Please Think twice before staying here.

While our property is an older property, our linen is new and always clean. We maintain a strong cleaning schedule with our staff. Any damaged linen are removed and repaired or replaced. We have started a carpet replacement, just replaced a set of stairs and railings and all our beds are less than 2 years old.

I have emailed this guest to get more details as nothing was reported to us and upon checking room 231, we can find no evidence of bed bugs. We have now done a thorough check of all rooms and no bed bugs evidence has been found. As we have no report of noise problems during the period stated of stay, we can not respond to that comment either.

The room was clean and the front desk was very friendly. The shower needed work but worked well. The tv was large enough that you could watch it and the channel selection was good. It is worth the visit while in town
