Great location. We stayed in the Starfish suite, it had everything you need for a wonderful getaway. The view and private beach really make this place special. Tanis and Paul are excellent hosts. They do a great job of letting you know all about the area, restaurants and sights to see. Tanis provided lovely baked goods in the morning. The breakfast supplies are very plentiful. Don’t hesitate to book this very special place.

A group of friends and I rented out both suites for a weekend on Salt Spring and it was the perfect home base to explore the island. The suites were comfortable, cozy, and steps away from the beach. Not only that, but Tanis and Paul were exceptional hosts. I'm very grateful for their recommendations and for Tanis' delightful baked goods. The view here is nothing short of beautiful. Highly recommend!

We just returned from a beautiful weeks stay in the star fish suite. This B and B is nestled in a forest setting with stunning ocean views. The Suite was spacious, clean and the kitchen was perfectly appointed to prepare meals on site. All the glowing comments about Tanis’s baking are true! We enjoyed morning walks on rainbow road, afternoon tours of the beautiful island and evenings on the deck listening to the ocean waves. Thank you Tanis for your warm and personable approach and for helping us with suggestions to make our trip exactly what we wanted it to be.

You would think that anyone who lived on Salt Spring would never need an escape...well..not so! We had a wonderful time being tourists in our own town while staying at Skipping Stone B&B. Peace & quiet, no responsibilities and, best of all, we spent hours on the beach. Paul & Tannis were friendly and respectful hosts and the breakfast goodies were delicious. We may make this an annual tradition. Thanks so much, Maggie & Jake

Four girls all rented both suites for 3 nights and had an excellent mini vacation. The suites are beautifully outfitted with all the Necessities. Very comfortable furniture and beds got lovely outdoor seating areas with beautiful views of the ocean. Paul and Tanis are very welcoming hosts and provided a wonderful experience for us. Tanis is an excellent baker and gave us perfect continental breakfasts. We were returning guests and we'll definitely be back!
