Visited here for a few nights at the end of August. The accommodation is very basic. Painted rooms and corridors with no pictures. A bit like a dormitory. Bathroom dated. Really needs complete modernisation. Bed was modern and comfortable and everything was clean. Reception was friendly and efficient. There are no meals included with the room. There is a kitchen/dining...

The price I paid for this hotel was throwing money in garbage. This building must be 50.60 years old.no fridge. no microwave or anything other than bed and TV. The rim open with the old way with the key. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to a one. After evening the owner is gone home .Thanks to hotel.com for this junk...

A good budget hotel in the middle of town. It was clean and quiet. Let's you spend your money on tours, fishing and food at one of the great restaurants in town. Wifi was a little slow so don't count on using it for any large files. No air conditioning

Maquinna Hotel is a basic hotel room - not fancy but definitely not a dive! Our room was quite large, very clean, great shower and hot water readily available and bed was comfortable. (What more do you need?) Not much insulation in the walls - could hear neighbors talking but conversation not distinguishable. No a/c but we didn't need it...

Right on the main drag close to the ocean, grocery store, restaurants. Nothing fancy, just basic amenities. Loved the location best. It could use some updating. Steep staircase to the entrance. Ample parking.

The lodge has a great location. The rooms are very basic but were clean. The staff seemed friendly too. If you just want a quick place to crash for the night then it is fine. No amenities. We booked a week before at a very busy time in Tofino so it worked out well. Many good restaurants around (Wolf in...

Maquinna Hotel was a life saver for us. Everything else in the area was 2 to 3 times the price. This place is not a lodge by any stretch of the imagination but our room was very clean. There is no AC so you may need to sleep with the windows open. Bring ear plugs just in case as it's...

Stayed here for one night yo check out some surfing. The room was a decent sized, we got a 1 queen room and brought a queen sized matress which fit at the end of bed. The room was clean and close to lots of amenities. The walls are thin here so you can here your neighbours and the people walking...

Okay if what you want is a bed and shower. They have no amenities except a common lounge and common refrigerator for the entire hotel. Parking is limited. Also there is a liquor store attached to the building which some people may find inappropriate. A good location however as easy walking to many restaurants and stores.

Me and my best friend stayed here for 1 night when we visted Tofino. Not a bad room, cheap, not the best clean job, found an orange peel under my bed. Other then that, normal hotel, a little noisy since your on the main street so lots of skate boarders and trucks early in the morning. Good place to stay...
