This old house tucked away in the city centre has an amazing and rich history which Patrick the manager is more than happy to tell you all about. The guesthouse is warm and welcoming and the beds in the dorm room were some of the...More
Conveniently located to many of the sights and transportation hubs. We took the train from the airport and easily walked from the City Centre stop to the Guesthouse. It was also within easy walking distance to Canada Place, harbour front, and Gas Town. Buses to...More

Arriving with a graduate student's budget paired with backpacker's knowledge of the typical hostel experience, I was not confident that I would find affordable accommodation that was not crawling with the stereotypical capricious party...More
It is sad that I have to write this review. But the owner/manager is a bit shady. I originally made a reservation through hostels.com. I was intending to book a larger en suite bathroom and misbooked. I emailed the hostel directly and asked for them...More
A perfect place to escape the city rush, however conveniently located in downtown Vancouver. Our host, Patrick, is an amazing host, who was super nice to stay up late due to our delayed arrival and he provided me with all the helpful information on what...More
A visit to Gastown is like turning back the clock and stepping into a bygone era. With the distinction of being Vancouver's oldest neighborhood, the many plaques that stud the cobbled streets of Gastown tell the story of its colorful past, giving Vancouver's history a more lively presence here than anywhere else. Having been originally founded around a popular worker's saloon, it's no wonder that today some of
Vancouver's best micro-breweries, creative cocktail joints, and corner bars can be found in this area. Classical charm suffuses its many vintage boutiques and the brick-built structures that an army of creative professionals call home.

Hello, yes there is! We have a couple of options. We have our Loft suite which has a large Double bed for the parents, a foldout Sofa-bed and we can add a cot suitable for the youngest if needed. This room is our largest room and it stretches the length of the building, complete with a private shower and toilet, table and chairs, TV/DVD combo and lots of plants. The other option we have is called our Friends and Family room. It has 2 adult sized bunk beds, a TV/DVD combo, a wash basin for teeth brushing etc and a desk. There is also a small window box style sitting area. Our rooms are priced based on the season and availability. Contact us direct for more information.
