Terrible service & the room was OK...defiantly not the nicest we've had in Vancouver. There was not email/communication prior to tell us that we actually had a room confirmed before arriving. There was no way to contact the desk after hours. I like boutique to mean appeal...this had very little.
Great location. Excellent staff. Excellent food in a setting away from the crowds and noise that is more characteristic of this area. Easy around the corner self-park during the pandemic. Very nice rooms although the air cooling/heating system was a bit on the loud side. Perfect place to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
From the first moment at check in to the last goodbye, the staff was courteous, friendly, and welcoming. The property itself is quite beautiful and immaculately kept. The location is perfect, with everything within walking distance. There’s a full grocery store at the ground level. We never heard a sound from any adjacent rooms or even street noise. Great beds, bedding, bathroom products. A real gem!
We had a late arrival due to lots of delays with our airline. We were warmly greeted at 1:30 am. The hotel staff is welcoming, professional and readily answers all questions. The hotel was immaculate. Our room was spacious and very comfortable The location is center city and perfect for exploring the city. The sky train/ subway is a block away. Stay here!
Excellent Service from every staff member and overall a very positive experience. Best breakfast by far. Room was immaculate. Our only disappointment was that we only stayed 1-night. Highly recommend and we plan to stay here again. Many thanks to Maryann for making our stay one to remember.
Fantastic hotel in a really central location. Our room was huge and staff were very friendly and helpful. There is parking which costs about $30 per night. Our room was cleaned once during our stay which was fine or us but it seems a bit like a cost saver for the hotel given the progress of the pandemic.
Had an amazing night here. Concierge was welcoming and brought us chocolates as we mentioned it was our anniversary. Super nice. Bed room was clean and huge. Worth the price! Overall would rate 5/5 and come again.
Spacious room and close to everyplace we wanted to see . Our room was clean and the staff went out of their way to make our experience great. It is close to Yale Town, a casino and many great restaurants
Possibly the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. From check in to check out, every member of staff could not do enough for you but were at no time intrusive. Great location, spacious room and bathroom, wonderful comfy beds. The lounge area was fabulous - we went back each night and sat by the fire for a drink. Very good breakfasts. Highly recommended. Flawless.
Beautiful boutique hotel centrally located to Robson/downtown shopping and restaurants. The rooms are clean, well equipped with coffee and water. The fireplace is completely faux, so that wasn't much of a plus point in the choice of rooms. The staff was fantastic . . . friendly, helpful and quick to any request. The only real downside is the street noise. Lots of very loud street people and party people on Friday and Saturday night, so lots of noise and sirens even with the doors/windows closed. If you leave on the A/C during the night, when it turns on it is incredibly loud and woke us up many times during the evening sleep. Best bet is to leave it off, believe me. The bed was hard to my tastes, but I sleep with an air Number Bed at my house. The pillows were too hard and thick for my comfort, mostly because I have down pillows and comforter. Having said that, I loved the hotel and staff and would consider staying there again. Very secure building and pay the extra $25 for secure parking under the hotel. …
