From the time we pulled in to the underground lobby until we left two days later, this was a flawless stay. Every question answered, every request fulfilled. It's not the kind of fake, fawning attitude some places deliver to cover up the flaws in the hotel or the service. It's just dead-on, professional-grade service. This was our first time staying...

We took advantage of one of their deals and booked a junior suite and were not disappointed. The hotel is an oasis of calm and tranquility even though surrounded by high rise office blocks (dont expect a great view) and traffic. It is also only a 10 min easy walk to the harbour and sea planes. The suite was well...

Perfect location for a city visit. Our expectations were high, and they were met. The AMEX hotel program was particularly effective here, with an upgraded room, breakfast, and a useable restaurant credit. We had a problem in the restaurant that was resolved by the staff with great skill and subtlety. Excellent food as well.

Very nice hotel which follows the excellent Shangri-La tradition. Ideally situated in CBD and easy walking for shopping and eating. Rooms are good and beds very comfortable. Just 1 restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner, but food is very good, and you will not be hungry afterwards!

First Class hotel with all the bells and whistles. We were in room 807 with a view down the street of the bay. This room had two "balconies." Be ready for traffic noise. Georgia is a main street below.

This is simply a beautiful hotel. More than that though, the service is the best I've ever experienced. Despite the "high brow" decor, staff made us feel at home from the very beginning. We had a lovely one bedroom suite with a balcony overlooking the city. The lounge is wonderful for an afternoon cocktail and spa was top notch. HIGHLY...

On my most recent return to Vancouver I stayed at the Shangri-La which has a great downtown location. My room was spacious and very...

The Shangri la is perfectly located with mist of the points of interest in Vancouver within walking distance. But don't expect any view because the hotel is surrounded by taller buildings.
