I had the best time staying at The Pan Pacific for my first time in Vancouver. This was made even more special for me because of Joy, my wonderful housekeeper! She’s the sweetest and was so helpful! I can’t wait to come back to Vancouver and stay at the Pan Pacific and meet my friend Joy again!🩷 Thank you Joy and the Pan Pacific team!

Location, location, location! This hotel is at the port. There are several restaurants close by. Everyone was really friendly and helpful. We have stayed here several times, and never had anything, but an exceptional stay. The breakfast buffet offers a great selection of good food.

The location & parking is good but saw a mouse in restaurant/bar. The was an issue with 2 out of 4 elevators as we were checking out and had to wait for 30-45 min. They provided us with fridge b/c they only have a cooler.

Very busy environment and hailing a taxi was confusing. Felt a bit unseen by staff (ageism?) friendliest group of employees were the cleaning staff as you ran across them in the hallways. When waiting in line for reception they shouldn’t allow people to cut in at the end person (not speaking about the Privilege Club line) that rep should point out the line up row.

The service here was so good & our stay overall was fantastic. We checked in early, and although they didn't have our room ready they took our bags and sent us a text when it was. Our room was on the 19th floor facing the harbour and it was INCREDIBLE! Our first morning, we ordered room service which was delivered on time and hot; however, it did not hold any 'wow' factor. Our breakfast was sparsely scattered on the plate and there was nothing to place the meal on the bed (like a tray) for breakfast in bed... It was just wheeled in on a cart. Not the end of the world by any means, just was hoping to have breakfast 'in bed' like the advertisement photos around the hotel lol. Despite this, I was happy to have breakfast delivered to the room that was hot (nothing better than a hot meal and coffee for this twin mom)!! Now, Oceans 999 Jazz Night Buffet... Absolutely fantastic. Our waitress Ruth was amazing and so memorable. She was so friendly, personable, and made sure your evening was extra special. I saw her take photos for other families who had dined (taking her time to make sure they got the best shot) so they could remember their evening. She was so attentive and sweet. Thank you, Ruth! The buffet was super yummy, and the desserts too. The Jazz music was the cherry on top of this elegant evening. We also checked out the pool, hot tub and gym! It was so nice that the pool and hot tub were outside, but to make it even more enjoyable is if the robes came with slippers so that you could wear them out on the deck to the pool/hottub area and not freeze your feet. Also, a water station would have been great to access. The gym had everything you need for a workout but is quite outdated and the tvs on the cardio machines worked. There is a water machine, which was great to fill up a bottle. The wonderful ladies who tidied our rooms - thank you!!! They were always so helpful, and the room was spotless. We loved our stay here, just wanted to note of some things that could have made it a little extra awesome/thoughtful. ALSO, the location is dynamite. You can literally do so many amazing things from here! Can't wait to come back!

Location is superb! In the heart of downtown Vancouver with a spectacular view. Super friendly staff from bellman to room service. My favorite part was The pool and hot tub with the view of north Vancouver, mountains, the and the water all at the same time. Parking is a bit of steep price but it’s worth it. The room we booked as a city view and we were pleasantly happy with the view. Room is spacious with double beds and equipped with basic necessities. Breakfast room service was great. We truly enjoyed our one night stay. Wish we had more time to explore the hotel and the convention center.

Clean. Friendly staff. Efficient room service. Had to connect every day to wifi instead of it just staying on for the whole stay. No streaming on TV and terrible tv choices. The sauna was not working. Overall, had a good experience though. Thank you.

We stayed one night. I agreed with previous review that service is inconsistent. The front door guy was rude and didn’t wanna help my wife struggling with her luggage coming in and going up the stairs to lobby. The two restaurants were fully booked for dinner and staff were not helpful. Reception was helpful and efficient in processing our check in . The room has great harbour view. But overall nothing spectacular about the hotel and service. Great location at Canada Place and reasonably priced.

The hotel is old and needs refurbishment. The service is inconsistent. Some staff are exceptionally helpful and others are borderline indifferent/rude. It was an unpleasant experience. I did not expect this service from the pan pacific brand.

Rooms are clean and very comfortable! Location is perfect being waterfront and easy access to the city. Staff were very friendly. Keanu at the front desk was very considerate after we had an unexpected event and appreciated his effort to accommodate us. Would definitely stay again.
