Visited Vancouver this past summer and stayed four nights at the Four Seasons. The hotel is in the heart of the city and within walking distance to many shops and the waterfront where you can see the seaplanes take off and land. We had a very spacious suite overlooking the pool and city. The beds were comfortable although for the...

We stayed at the Four Seasons for three nights this November for a girls week-end. The staff and service were great...the beds super comfortable. As expected, the hotel has a stale "corporate" feel and I thought it was not at all luxurious in its decor. When you arrive curbside, you have to enter the "lobby" by going up an escalator...SO...

This is the kind of service and quality one would expect when staying in Vancouver. The professional staff were polite, intelligent and friendly. The hotel itself, while a bit dated, is comfortable and elegant.

Was there for a conference and the staff was attentive to our every need. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Fitness facility only ok - crammed into pool area. Restaurant and bar very good. Great service when I arrived and departed.

Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. -Fantastic service, from the moment we arrived -Wonderful bar inside the hotel that serves delicious seafood and a thoughtful wine and small plate menu. I arrived late at night on a full stomach and still scarfed down a dozen oysters because they were so good. -Beautiful and large rooms. -Centrally located near...

The Four Seasons in Vancouver is RIGHT in the middle of the Downtown area, so is perfectly positioned for exploring the city. Not that we did much exploring! My wife and I were so tired, that we spent most of our time either in the hotel itself, or in the Pacific Centre mall which is attached to the hotel, and...

I stayed here for a week for a conference. The service was great - room was cleaned twice per day. The room and bathroom is spacious. I also enjoy the gym and the little indoor/outdoor swimming pool. The only downside is that I can only connect two devices to the internet... Vancouver is nice to visit during the summer. There...

Great hotel, excellent service, fabulous staff. The restaurant is extremely delicious and always has something new to try on both their food and drink menu. The atmosphere is great for both a night out with friends, or a romantic dinner with your loved one. Hotel rooms are immaculate and very comfortable. The pool area is very well laid out and...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
