My hotel room was like any other although it was spacious, it was a bit older style. I enjoyed the body pillow that I chose from the menu... nice feature! Beds are comfy and the room was clean- very important! Tip: Parking is $50 a day. The location is great. You can walk to everything and it's right next door/attached...

Spent the night at the Four Seasons while in town celebrating my birthday. Emilie was so wonderful, upgraded us to a suite and sent some lovely chocolates to our room. Top Notch service , would definitely stay there anytime I'm in Vancouver. Thanks Emilie!

I was pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere of the hotel and the employees. The staff were genuinely pleasant and friendly, the rooms were clean and well designed, giving me the feeling that I could relax there. I didn't experience the stuffiness that lingers in some high end hotels. Very nice!

The staff greet you as a special client, which is top-quality customer service. However, from there it seems to go downhill. Positives: comfortable bed and linens, very quiet, spacious room, good desk area, great location downtown. Negatives: dated and tired decor, standard bathroom, standard amenities, NO in-room coffee/tea service. My general experience was not what I expected from a 5-star...

I am currently staying in a suite at the four seasons and extremely annoyed to the point that I want to check out of the hotel. As I am heavily jet lagged traveling from Asia I would sleep at odd hours during the day and have requested not to be disturbed in my room throughout the day except the one...

Stayed on business and was very impressed with the hotel. Spacious room and bathroom. Loved the shower door and full countertop. Conference facilities and food were also good. The pool and workout facilities are absolutely stunning. Great sauna in the change room. Enjoyed those very much. You can request a coffee maker, fridge, and microwave which were great since I...

Wow. First off, paying just $30 more a night to upgrade to a premier room is well worth it. Rooms are beautifully appointed and once you're above the 20th floor, the views become stupendous. The valet staff were incredible. I pulled up in a fleet vehicle amongst BMW's and Mercedes and when both arriving and leaving the boys at the...

From the first moment of walking in, I experienced fantastic, friendly service. I was offered help with my oversized bag when I entered the hotel and it was delivered in a friendly, professional manner. Check-in was a wonderful experience. The gentleman was very helpful and informative. I appreciated the warm welcome!

While the Four Seasons in Vancouver has a great downtown location and is a very elegant, upscale hotel, what really makes an impression is the impeccable service from the staff. Simply stated, they make their guests feel special and exceedingly comfortable. When we checked in we were offered an upgrade to a suite at a very reasonable cost. It automatically...

Staying in Downtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Downtown
Vancouver's business district, the Downtown area is bustling with smartly-dressed folks balancing their lattes and briefcases to and from work. The area's plethora of contemporary commercial, residential, and corporate spaces has bred a landscape of nouveau restaurants, chain cafes, and upmarket shopping options. However, located right on the waterfront of Vancouver's energetic Harbour, Downtown is a also popular public meeting spot, with a massive public library and convention center attracting a bevy of visitors both local and not, as well as a hotspot for the arts, being home to some of Vancouver's most cutting-edge galleries. With behemoth architecture and a professional air, Downtown means business.
