We had a lovely and comfortable stay and found the staff at reception very helpful and friendly. The room had a lovely view of the ocean, pleasant and comfortable .Bed was very comfortable. Though situated on Robson street, there was no street noise to be heard.

Really nice hotel. Conveniently located. Lots of good eating options nearby. The room was very nice and clean it was also quiet. We took advantage of the Hop On/Hop Off bus and we’re able to catch it just down the street. We were first time visitors to Vancouver and enjoyed our stay at The Listel Hotel.

Very nice hotel on Robson, equidistant between North and South shores and Stanley Park. You can walk to both the Canada Centre and the aquabus for Granville Island in about 20 minutes. Rooms are a decent size and have fridges, kettle and coffee maker. The complimentary wine reception is a very nice touch and a good way to get tips from other guests. We were also offered complimentary fresh tea and coffee each morning which we added to fresh pastries from the Tim Horton’s across the road, or the Breka a further block away. Because the hotel is central it does not offer any sort of view of the waterfront and the gym equipment is very dated. The most serious issue was Robson gets used for a lot of events so this proved an inconvenience. The huge Pride Parade went right outside at the time we needed to checkout, so we could not get a taxi, rather had to drag all our luggage 15 mins to the nearest sky train stop, not a pleasant experience in summer temperatures. Car parking is $45/day, so consider if you need one if you are just in town for a few days.

Dear SB01, Thank you for sharing your feedback of your recent stay, we are glad to hear you enjoyed our hotel and where able to catch our wine tasting and coffee service. The Pride/Fireworks weekend is the busiest time in Vancouver, with lots of road closures and detours arounds the city. This can definitely cause some transportation issues, we are glad to hear you were able to catch the skytrain to your next destination. Thanks gain for choosing the Listel Hotel Vancouver for your recent stay, and we hope to see you again soon. Allison

We had a great stay at the Listel Hotel with the family. All of the staff members were very helpful, friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The location was great - walking distance to many shops and places to eat. We also enjoyed their daily wine hour, as well as the food & drinks at the adjoining restaurant (Forage).

We had the slightly unusual experience of staying here twice over the course of a week with a three-night stay elsewhere in between. The hotel happily looked after our biggest suitcase in between stays and I arranged in advance to have a week’s worth of laundry done as well to collect when we returned. This was done efficiently and both our suitcases were returned safely on our second arrival. So why only four stars? The difference between our two rooms is why… The first room, 617, was one of the best city hotel rooms I have ever stayed in, being spacious and very comfortable with a large bed and sockets everywhere! It had a nice view over Robson Street but was very quiet. The second room, 302 was a contrast in two main areas - it was significantly smaller than 617, with a smaller bed, and had noticeably fewer sockets (in particular there was no socket near rhe kettle and coffee maker so we had to balance the kettle by the sink to use it, and our travel adapter was too big for the bedside sockets so we had to unplug the floor lamp). The view was also the car park for the residential flats next door and we did hear noise from cars. Both rooms had a good bathroom with refillable toiletries and plenty of towels as well as a fridge. The hotel itself has a great location on Robson Street and it is easy to walk to Gastown or Canada Place from it.

Nice centrally located hotel. A pleasant 15 minutes walk to Stanley Park, English Bay, and Vancouver Art Gallery. Lots of upscale shops and restaurants nearby. Friendly and professional staff. Complimentary morning coffee service on Gallery floors, and afternoon B.C. wine tastings most days. A most enjoyable stay.

The Listel is on Robson Street which is a main shopping thoroughfare with good bus connections. Many cafes, bars and restaurants. The Hotel is a modern building with likewise rooms, spacious, well appointed and with very comfortable twin double beds for a good night's sleep. Each floor has ice making machines and more importantly a water ( still and sparkling ) refill help you self service. The staff were polite, helpful and dealt with your enquiries with a smile. We had Covid19 whilst in Vancouver and through an unrelated accident I ended up in hospital for 2 days, the staff at the Listel were a great comfort for my 72 year old brother who had to deal with his own Covid19 whilst transferring to The Listel and visiting me. We were so pleased we chose this hotel. A BIG THANK YOU TO ALL OF YOU.
