Hotel's Favourite
We stayed here for a weekend after our cruise and could not have been more pleased! I was traveling with my husband and 6-year-old daughter, and we decided to upgrade to the Executive Suite for the King Sized bed and sleeper sofa with a door to separate the two. Since we were getting booted off the cruise ship in the early morning, I emailed the hotel ahead of time to ask if we could store our luggage for the day until check-in and they promptly replied letting me know they could accommodate my request. I had anticipated shuffling some belongings between my bags in the lobby before setting out for a day in the city, but when we arrived, we were told that our room was already available and we could go ahead and check in! What a wonderful surprise! The room was just as beautiful as in the pictures, more spacious than we expected for the downtown area, and we were spoiled by the Nespresso Machine. There were just 3 breakfast options, and they were all quite filling and better quality than you would expect for being included in the nightly price. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located close to public transportation - we were able to take the metro from the cruise terminal and popped out right by the hotel. And just a block further we were able to catch the Canada line to the Airport on the day of our departure. We were close to the waterfront, shopping, and plenty of excellent restaurants.

I stayed at the St Regis for 7 nights. Everyone working at the hotel were so nice. The breakfasts were nice, and a great way to start the day. I was given a corner room on the 4th floor which was quiet and had some lovely views of the lit buildings at night. AND the bathroom floor was heated - so nice on a cold day. The location was in the middle of everything - close to lots of great restaurants, Gastown, easy walk to Yaletown and Granville Markets. Train stations were close by, as was Canada Place. I can't recommend the St Regis highly enough. Stay, you won't regret it.

Thank-you very much for sharing such kind words about our hotel. A week can be a long time to spend in a hotel and we're so pleased that our team was able to make you feel welcomed and help you get the most out of your time with us. And we're also big fans of the heated bathroom floors, they add an extra level of coziness that is a luxury on Vancouver's colder days. We thank you for choosing to stay at the St. Regis Hotel and hope to see you again the next time you visit Vancouver. Warm regards, Jeremy Roncoroni General Manager, St. Regis Hotel gm@stregishotel.com

This was a convenient and comfortable downtown hotel. Short walk from the downtown train station from the airport - mostly undercover if you walk through the nearby shopping mall. Room was cosy and nicely furnished. Breakfast was hearty.

Every year a group of us come to Vancouver to attend a Vancouver Canucks hockey game. We always stay at the St. Regis Hotel, 602 Dunsmuir Street. Our host is the affable Janet Thomas, Director of Sales for the St. Regis Hotel. And because of Janet Thomas we have been staying at the St. Regis for 5 years and frankly will not stay anywhere else due to the fact that the Hotel caters to their customer base like no other hotel we've ever seen. The rooms are impeccable, clean and spacious. And there is one fabulous perk that the St. Regis offers their guests everyday. A fully cooked breakfast which is included in the price of the room. What other hotel does that for their guests? I highly recommend the St. Regis Hotel in Vancouver for your next stay and do ask for Janet Thomas, you will be glad you did. "WE ARE ALL CANUCKS"

I've stayed at the St. Regis twice now, and I will never stay anywhere else when I am in Vancouver. The luxury and charm of this hotel is on par with, if not surpassing, the global luxury chains. The character has remained intact through the years with a great attention to detail and maintaining period features when upgrading the décor. What's more, full breakfast is available each day which is a rarity these days. And it's really good! On my most recent visit, I was further surprised by an added amenity in my room: a Nespresso coffee machine. After a cold day exploring, it was great to warm up with a great cup of coffee! Another factor in deciding to stay at the St. Regis is its location. Most of downtown Vancouver is accessible on foot from the hotel, and rail and bus connections are only steps away. It makes for a great hub. Lastly, no matter how lovely a hotel is, I will not stay there again if I experience bad service. The St. Regis has some of the best service I have ever experienced as a hotel guest. They are professional, courteous, and going above and beyond seems to be the norm and not the exception.

Always excellent. We have stayed at St. Regis on .any occasions and enjoy every stay. The rooms are OK size, but location and service more than makes up for this. The team are always super efficient, but the real treasure here is the service attention to detail and friendliness always of the highest order. The inclusive breakfast is cooked fresh to order and tasty, served by friendly team. The food and drinks in the bar are both great and reasonably priced. We have yet to try the grill restaurant but we will do soon for sure. We love this hotel and it will always be number one choice in Vancouver.
