I stayed at Level Seymour after I had a house fire and the staff treated me so well. I was quite stressed when I checked in and they made my stay feel like a home away from home. From the front desk staff to Sarah and Janice, they were so kind and patient. I work in healthcare and was taking a course when this happened and they provided me with a room with a desk and enough space for my dogs too! Sarah went above and beyond, even printed forms for me to send to my insurance company. Great location, central to so many things. And there’s a dog park one block away!

The appartment didn't meet our expectations. The photos of the appartments shown on booking.com had hardly any similarity to the appartment 104 we had. Yes, the features were met as listed on the booking confirmation. But, if this is a 48 m² suite, I am a billionaire. Unfortunately I don't have the tools to measure the footage, but the sensation of a spacious suite wasn't there. Be advised that only suites on level 6 and ground floor are offered for short-stays. Our appartment was on top of the entry to the parking garage facing the garbage collection of the neighbouring building. No surprise neither the view nor the tiny balcony impressed us. Be prepared to pay CAD 30 plus tax per night for the parking. We won't return.

We were very satisfied with our month long stay at Level Seymour. We got studio apartment, but it was spacious and had all that we needed. It was great that suite had private washer and dryer. Dishwasher was a bit unreliable, so we had to hand wash dishes. We really enjoyed gym and roof top heated swimming pool as well as hot tub. We're definitely coming back on our next visit.

Was in Vancouver for 2 months in the fall for business. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this location is. Staff - fantastic. César will treat you like royalty! Location - close to everything, but tucked away to be quiet, safe and cozy. Amenities - everything I needed plus extra. Pool/tub are so relaxing, the steam room and sauna a luxurious bonus. Gym was so nice I even managed to work out every day! I would definitely stay again! Thank-you to everyone at level Richard!

The staff at the Front desk are helpful and pleasant. The cleaning staff are friendly and keep the condos very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed the patio and pool and used the BBQ which was excellent. The hotel is well situated in Yaletown so that walking to great shops, restaurants and major attractions is easy. The sky train is a few blocks away. We definitely will stay at the Level Hotel again

Rooms are clean and modern with everything available including washer and dryer. Staffs are friendly and helpful. There’s car park in the basement that comes with extra fees which was convenient. Beds are comfy and room layout was nice for the four of us we all had our own spaces. I especially liked the storage/closet room which could fit all of our luggages and also had a long rack to hang all of our clothes neatly. Location was great 1 min walk to grocery. Will definitely come back when we visit again!!

The Level-Seymour is super well located close to everything. We walked to Yaletown a lot for dinners and walked to downtown easily as well. The studio we were in fit our family of three quite comfortably. The unit was well appointed and staff were all helpful. The gym was well equipped too. Our unit unfortunately was close to a very noisy vent which meant we could not use te balcony as much. We highly recommend the Level-Seymour.

We stayed here for 5 nights as a part of a self created three centre trip to Canada at the end of July. We caught the metro from the airport to Yaletown and walked 5 minutes or so. Its in a really good place as you can walk to all tourist attractions, shops, the harbour and loads of bars and restaurants in Yaletown itself. The reception staff are helpful and the apartment was beautiful. The pool area is small but we used it every day as it was about 30c. The accommodation is well equipped and AC is good. The position of our room (102) was perfect as it was really quiet on the back of the block away from the main road. It was on the ground floor and had a balcony. We had a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc, but we didn't use most things.…
