The entire hotel is gross! The carpets are black and old, the walls are marked and the whole place smells gross! They took 200$ from my credit card for a deposit on a room where the tv costs at most 30$ and I still have not received it back! This was the worst excuse for a hotel I have ever...

This hotel is not the nicest I have been, but this hotel is the best service of all the hotel I have been. Front desk agent Joanna is friendly and always smiling and saying hello every time you pass the lobby. The supervisor Lanie is awesome, she gave us a thank you card which is the first time I have...

This lodging is in a decent place to use public transportation - to and from the airport and Canada Place. We booked this very last minute and was okay. However - check in is NOT until 4:00 P.M ( apparently there is a fee if you check in early). We arrived at 2:00 and had to wait until 3;35 or...

This hotel was smelly, with stained carpets (which did not extend to under the bed) moldy shower curtains, stained towels, all around gross!! There was also some large-ish bug in our bathroom. The shower was essentially a garden hose and the water temperature was difficult to regulate. We actually found a pair of shoes under our bed....yuck!! Would not stay...

This hotel sounded decent in its description but it was an awful experience for us from check in to check out. Though the staff and supervisor were nice and did in the end make right some of our experience, overall I would highly advise not staying here. First, the room was not fully cleaned (dirty dishes in the sink) and...

Location is nice, quiet and plenty of fresh air. Easy access to shops, train station and variety of eating places. Three floors of rooms which are about 50. My room is located on first floor which does not have microwave and small refrigerator. Carpet is old and crappy. Air condition module is an old model which contains fresh air, cool...

My family of four stayed 3 nights here in the end of May. In despite of good Asian restaurants occupation, the services were poor. The heater was old fashion and did not work which we had to use other small heating device (i believe each room have a extra small heater like that). The biggest problem was dryer. My room...

The staff were very courteous and friendly. They aimed to please. Located near all major bus routes and lots of shopping and restaurant options. They have a pool and...

The pictures on the internet did not match the hotel, terribly run down, needs painting, new carpets, bathrooms need remodeling. Advertisement says there is a pool, that's why we went there but it was a whirlpool in need of repair, no fridge, wallpaper coming off in bathrooms, lamps need new light bulbs, tv was blurry, now bedspreads, not enough towels,...
