From the warm greeting at reception to the well presented room this has become a fave hotel for us. We love the position at the top of Robson St from where walking to anywhere in Vancouver is easy. The restaurant/bar is an added bonus with a great menu any time of day.

For a hidden hotel in the heart of shopping, dining and drinking cannot be beat! Walking to the docks for a cruise or excellent restaurants for every taste just around the corner the location for a holiday was perfect. For a luxury yet affordable room, I don't believe it can be beat anywhere downtown Vancouver!

From the moment we walked into the hotel we were impressed with the service, we were there for 3 nights and we were amazed by how friendly the staff were and how they always tried to make us feel comfortable. The room was very spacious and very comfortable,we chose a room on a higher floor for the view and we... More

Recently completed my first stay at the Blue Horizon. My room was the 2-Queen suite, which was quite spacious, and included a small balcony along with several windows. Everything was decently-appointed and tidy. Overall, I'd say the accommodations (hallways, room, furniture, bath fixtures, etc.) are more in the 3.5-star realm, but the property's great location right on Robson St. and... More

We booked this hotel based on location and competitive price and were pleasantly surprised by it. We were allowed to check in several hours early, which is always appreciated, and given a renovated room. The room was large, with a separate sitting area and desk, and had a view of the city and English Bay. Bathroom was small but nicely... More

This hotel is in a great location, middle of downtown Vancouver. Our room was large with 2 queen-sized comfortable beds, a desk, chest-of-drawers, fridge, coffee/tea making facilities, large wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The bathroom was of a reasonable size with a combined shower/bath and the shower was of good power. Free WIFI was also provided. The service was friendly... More

This boutique hotel is always my favourite place to stay when I am in Vancouver. It is a short 5-10 minute walk from the convention centre and right in the centre of it all on Robson St. The rooms are large and have great balconies. The views over the city or the harbour are fantastic. There is a nice (and... More
