We stayed for 1 night but will come back again to this hotel in a few days time. Good size-able room for 4 people, very clean and we managed to get a good view of Vancouver Downtown from our window. Reception and Concierge Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Overall, we like this hotel and enjoyed our stay.

This is in a great location, but for the price falls well short for the following: 1. Noisy air-conditioner 2. Two tea bags a day 3. No milk unless you ask and you get a small open cup. 4. Little information about local arrangements like free buses - microwave in foyer not in the room, courtesy buses outside for visitors. Nothing was explained. 5. Food at the restaurant was just average. ( Breakfast) 6. Water bottles not put in the room when serviced have to attend reception and then you were never told that was available. 6. $500 a night one would think those 1 percentages would be there. Positives - Location - perfect for restaurants and shopping. Getting transport. They kept our baggage after checkout until we had transport a few hours later. Staff were nice and easy to…

My wife and I stayed two nights at this hotel in anticipation of a cruise leaving Vancouver and heading to Alaska. It was a short rideshare to the dock and also convenient for restaurants in the downtown area and for accessing the sights at Stanley Park, including the Aquarium. The hotel has an unusual design, with eight rooms on most of the 30 floors clustered around the three central elevators. I suggest that you get a room away from the elevator doors. The Abode restaurant is not highly rated, and the rectangular water feature in the hotel is not truly a lap pool.

Stayed here one night on a cruise layover, enjoyed both the room and the hotel location. Our room was clean and spacious with a very comfy bed. The hotel couldn’t have a better location, walking distance to all important areas of Downtown Vancouver. Highly recommend!!

Nice hotel located in the middle of shops and restaurants. Our room had a little balcony, but no chairs. Within walking distance of a waterfront park and the cruise port. We arrived on a Saturday, explored the area in the afternoon, spent the night, then walked to the cruise port . Checkout time is a bit later than other places so that was nice. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room was very clean and has a coffee maker.

Nice hotel. Great location. Half way between Stanley Park and Canada Place. Hop On, Hop Off bus stops directly in front. Lobby strangely small and unwelcoming but staff super friendly. Room nice with coffee maker and safe (two things I always look for). Very comfy bed. Only small complaints were that the view was basically roof tops and condos so close you could almost touch them, and not enough elevators as waited 10 minutes to get on one for check out.

Nice hotel with lovely views. We stayed 2 nights waiting to get on our cruise ship. Stanley park was only a 15-20 minute walk away (we are slow walkers), and there were lots of restaurants, groceries, etc near our hotel. Breakfast was very good, but pretty pricey. Would definitely stay here again. I didn't give 5 stars, as I seldom do.

We stayed for one night after a cruise and left at 3 am to catch an early flight. We would have loved to have stayed a second night. The location is perfect as it is walking distance to many restaurants and shops. More importantly, it is one of the stops on the hop on hop off tour that gives you access to the whole city especially if you have limited time. Our room was nice and clean. Would have given 5 stars but were on the 5th floor overlooking a parking lot. If we weren’t staying such a short time, I would have tried to get a better room location. Nice Nespresso machine in the room. Bathroom updated. Will stay again if we return to Vancouver.
