Best nights sleep I have had in a long time. We love the beds. The tiny pool was perfect for our family. The internet was spotty, which included the TV, most of the week. But we enjoyed the hotel. I would go back.

Excellent location - close to some great restaurants and a reasonable walking distance to BC Place and Roger's Arena. Ultra clean spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Our room had one of the nicest showers in any hotel I have ever stayed at. Every room is a corner room with beautiful views from the room and balcony. We will definitely stay at Blue Horizon again and recommend it to others.

Excellent location, great choice of restaurants, cafes etc around with lots of shopping nearby. Within walking distance to BC Place, Rogers Arena, pacific centre mall etc. The room was spacious with a massive closet, beautiful shower and having the convenience of the nespresso/tea kettle and bar fridge was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly and helpful. Burrard sky train station is a mere 3 blocks away

The hotel is conveniently and centrally located on Robson street, close to bus stops and train stations. From the airport, we took a train to Waterfront then transferred to bus #5 which took us directly in front of the hotel. We arrived super early and they were very accommodating and let us check in early. The room was big and each room has a balcony. We were on the 10th floor and it was nice and quiet even though we had the balcony door open. We lucked out and had great weather so we tried to get fresh air instead of turning on the AC. The room has a mini fridge, a kettle, a nespresso machine, a desk, a safe, two lounge chairs and lots of closet space. The shower is a walk in shower, and it was hard to control the water temperature at times but it wasn’t bad. There were…

The hotel is in an excellent location on Robson street. Lots of shops and restaurants close by. The nearest sky train station is only 3 blocks away. The rooms are clean and bright with lots of windows. They all have a small balcony. We were on the 30th floor, south side. We had a spectacular view. The bathrooms are very tight, only one person at a time and it was even a little hard to close there door when you were in there. The restaurant is only there for breakfast and early lunch.

Excellent location. Walking distance to many sights. Good variety of eating places close by. Also pick up and drop off point for Capilano Park shuttle bus and BC Ferry Connector if you need these. Room was spacious and felt clean. Had lovely views of the city and to the north from our room. Bonus was the balcony to walk out into. Useful to have mini fridge which we used to store milk for tea. Also good to have both a Nespresso machine and a kettle to boil water for tea. Nespresso cups were too small for drinking tea though! Bathroom was modern but as previous reviewers say, quite small compared to room itself. Not a problem for us as we are small people! Can understand issue of noisy air con unit highlighted in past reviews. However we were blessed that on our visit, the room…

Lovely hotel with all the comforts needed. Huge rooms. Great little pool downstairs and hot tub. Slightly dated around the edges, could do with a little face lift. Rooms great size and bed super comfy. Great location in Vancouver too. Staff friendly but busy.

Accommodation very comfortable with our room being quite "roomy". Room was serviced each day which was a surprise and appreciated. Superb location for restaurants, there were so many to choose from on Robson Street. Great location for walking into the city proper, also to walk down to Stanley Park and along the harbour. Bus for Capilano collects you from out the front of the building and drops you back nearby. Really couldn't fault our accommodation, if you needed anything extra all you had to do was ask. Very accommodating. Great location for your stay in Vancouver.

We originally had a booking in another hotel but were looking for something more in the centre of Vancouver for after our Alaska cruise when we stumbled upon a review from Blue Horizon Hotel in a magazine. We decided to drop by to see if there was still availability and instantly fell in love with the area and the general aspect of the hotel. Booking was made at the reception, and we checked in right after our cruise. Room was beautiful and very spacious. And even though we were in quite a busy street, there was very little noise (we had 6th floor of, I believe 14 in total). It was just what we needed to finish our 2-week trip in style.

I had a 29th floor room and the views over the city, English Bay and the mountains were utterly spectacular, especially as I was blessed with good weather for the time I was there. The hotel is in a good location, with transport links within easy walking distance if you do not want to walk further. The room was very clean and comfortable and I would more than happily stay here again - the view alone is worth a return trip!
