Love staying here. It’s close to some great places to eat and go for walks. The staff are friendly and the rooms are comfortable. I stay here and attend many meetings in this facility and enjoy everything about it.

Booked in as part of a tour group. Bright modern hotel, excellent situation just around th corner from the waterfront so great for sightseeing. Rooms were lovely, could not ask for more - spacious, well lit and well appointed. Staff were welcoming and friendly and always willing to help. Did not eat here for breakfast/dinner as so well situated their are plenty of places nearby, especially if like me a buffet breakfast is a waste as I dont eat much morning. Can fully recommend hotel on all fronts.

Great location for views and very convenient for walking around downtown Vancouver. The food was really good and I'd recommend booking through their website as a member to get extra perks. The rooms could use an upgrade, as the AC was pretty loud and the water drains in the bathroom could use some work.

This is just a lovely Hotel, we stayed for 4 nights post cruise, the reception staff are just so friendly and efficient. Our room had fantastic views, it was extremely clean and immaculately kept. It had everything we wanted, 2 nice comfy chairs, superb views, comfy bed and a brilliant shower. It was a little dated compared to some of the modern hotels but NOT tired at all, it was in really good shape. The robes were showing their age and very thin, if there was a fire there’s no way on earth I could stand in the street in that - I’d be arrested!! This was our second visit and we will definitely stay again on our next trip.

Poor wifi, it’s an old building, need improvement on renovation and wifi enhancements. Shower was difficult to use and water was not warm enough. The location is good is u want to go to harbour. Overall not recommended

Our stay was fantastic! The hotel is perfectly situated just a short stroll away from the waterfront, making it an ideal location. We were delighted by the abundance of nearby businesses and restaurants, including the scrumptious breakfast at "Botanist" that we couldn't resist. Even the hotel's own dining options surprised us with their delicious dinner offerings. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and although we didn't have a "do not disturb" sign, a little creativity saved the day. Our 11th-floor room boasted a stunning view of the city's skyscrapers, and we enjoyed the tranquility throughout our stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. Without a doubt, we'd gladly choose this hotel again in the future.

The bathroom door was this sliding piece of wood with a handle on it. It didn't go all the way to the floor and had no lock. There was also no bathroom fan. The room was covered in dust and in my specific case one of the beds had a bloody booger on it. Aside from that, it wasn't terrible. The room was clean aside from what I mentioned above. The service was slow but alway showed up.

The Pinnacle Harbourfront is always our choice when visiting Vancouver. It is central and only a stone’s throw away from the beautiful scenic walks around the harbour sea wall and Stanley Park, and the best sunset views in the evening. Harbour views from your room are wonderful and the staff are impeccable. Extremely welcoming and make you feel that your stay and happiness is genuinely important to them.
