I’m impressed by the way staff members treated me and suggested me. That enabled me to stay longer and created lot of memories of this city. Vancouver excellent service. Free breakfast. Shuttle service.
Nice clean hotel, comfortable rooms, pleasant staff, breakfast and FREE PARKING!! The location is convenient to get anywhere you want to go in a short time and the inside rooms are quiet! Also pet friendly!
A microwave in the rooms and waffles and sausage addition to the breakfast would be nice. That is just a personal preference as the breakfast was pretty good. Also a bit of road noise on one side of the hotel. All in all, an excellent stay. Great welcoming staff. I would definitely stay here next time I'm in Vancouver.
Everything is good about this hotel, it is a very convenient location, only 15mins to city center. Hotel has free parking, easy to park. There are restaurants around hotel, so you can drive out for food, or you can walk around for food. The hotel offers breakfast. The breakfast was included in my reservation. Breakfast is very good, bacon, egg, croissants are my favorite, coffee is dripping coffee, but good and comes with quality creamer. The staff are very friendly. Only one thing I was hoping hotel could fix is the heater. It is loud, not so sleep friendly.
The Atrium Inn was very pleasant. Check in and out was very easy, employees were very nice, breakfast had lots of options, our room had everything we needed, free parking, free WIFI. We were very satisfied.
Decent location and stay for the price and free parking. A bit noisy as room was facing main street. Decor was dated, but don't expect much for a 3.5-Star accommodation. Bed was quite comfortable.....
I have stayed at the Atrium many times due to the location. The rooms, especially the bathroom, are showing their age. I was sitting at the desk working on my computer when I saw a mouse run from under the bed to under the TV stand. A few seconds later it ran back under the bed. I advised the front desk and was told that they try to trap them with little success. I will likely continue to use the Atrium as it is a very convenient location for my visits but I will avoid keeping food in the room and will keep my bags off the floor.
Overall the hotel was suitable for our 7 night stay, the King room was clean and comfortable, the underground on site car park was very useful. The breakfast was average but adequate. The furniture in the room and the general public areas need updating.
I needed a room for one night ahead of an international flight from Vancouver to Europe. I found the Atrium Inn on a booking website. The location is easy to reach by car. There's lots of room for parking. Bus stops are close to the hotel. My room was very large and clean. The bed was very good. The internet connection went very well. I couldn't enjoy the breakfast, because I had to leave very early. There might be people who don't like that rooms like mine are connected to the atrium and not to the outside, so it wasn't possible to open a window. But the air inside the room was good, no bad smell, nothing to complain about.
The most disgusting hotel room I've ever stayed at! Everything dirty, carpets, blinds, bathroom. Next morning saw a bed bug on a pillow and then videotaped it running around the pillow. Looked under the bed, big piece of chicken. Pubic hairs on bathroom ceiling. Mould on bathtub. Stinky stained carpet. Dirty tables with stains, lamp flickered constantly. The area is skid row central, they have a warning card on the nightstand about safety. So loud thought the sliding door was open, after having to use two hands to push as hard as I could to open/close it I realized it wasn't. One of the elevators had water buckets in it so only one elevator. You couldn't pay me to sleep there ever again. Should be shut down due to unsanitary conditions. Nightmarish dive infested with bedbugs, the worst experience ever!!!…
