Neighbourhood
Granville Street
Granville Street spans many, multiple city blocks and has become so fastidiously known for its nightclubs and watering holes that it's fondly nicknamed the city's 'Entertainment District.' Friday and Saturday nights are the most popular and lively, with young revelers taking to the streets in droves and keeping the party going until late. Granville Street, being mostly open to pedestrian-only traffic, has a healthy social life along its main thoroughfares, even outside of its cafes and pubs, spilling onto the sidewalks. The locals are chatty, the shops at its expansive Pacific Centre Mall are trendy, and the whole area seems to be on a sugar rush: in a good way. Exuberance and camaraderie classify this neighbourhood.

The Sheraton Wall Centre is one of my favourites local hotels when I’m looking for a staycation or just want a nice romantic night to celebrate an event. The hotel is very central in downtown Vancouver... - 10-15 min walk to any type of cuisine you can think of including high

I have been coming to the Wall Centre regularly since May 2016. The staff here live, breath and eat customer service. The attentiveness shown to guests is far above any other hotel experience I've ever had. I've stayed here for both business and pleasure; and no matter the

We recently stayed at the Vancouver Wall Centre (my second stay in a month or so) as my daughter was having a significant surgery; we booked for 3 nights and ended up extending an extra night. We had club lounge access and so glad we did, being able to get her a ginger ale and

Is there a hotel bus from the airport
I don’t think there’s a bus directly there, in fact I highly doubt it, but we took the train right from the airport and it was easy enough to walk there from city centre.

What is the best way to get to the hotel from the airport?
Hi, since I don't know my way around downtown I took a cab. Only had to wait a few minutes at the airport and was at the hotel within 30 minutes in heavy traffic. Flat rate from the airport is under $40 including tip. Even with a rental, it is very difficult to find parking in the downtown core. There are a lot of one way streets and not a lot of street parking.

Can anyone tell me if you get a drinks reception at this hotel if not can you purchase alcoholic drinks in the evening
There’s a club floor which you can try to upgrade to which typically has cocktails. We always go out in the city. If you want a great reataurant go to the Flying Pig in Yaletown

"Pool/Work out access is from the 5th floor so a different floor would provide less traffic. My stay on the 10th floor was super quiet."
"Choose rooms facing the English Bay."
"Wonderful view of English Bay from the south west corner"
"Higher the floor.. the better the view"
"Upper rooms will give you a great view, but even on a lower floor I had a peekaboo view of mountains."
