We first came here in May 2016, then my wife in September and myself last week in November. Our daughter studies at UBC in Vancouver and we were looking for a B&B. In short: Great beds, very good breakfast and Graham is a superb host.

My husband and I were delighted with this comfortable, welcoming B&B in Shaughnessy, a neighborhood of beautiful homes on quiet, tree-lined streets. Resident puppy Watney immediately warmed up to my husband. Andrew graciously hosted our visit, as Graham and Lee were away. He prepared fabulous breakfasts for us and other guests: at least 6 kinds of fresh fruit, baked items,...

We are repeat visitors to Graham and Lee's abode that they graciously open for guests. This time we brought along other family members who were visiting Vancouver for the first time. We stayed in the Rose Garden Suite and enjoyed every minute of it!The suite comes with a kitchenette and a fridge. It's also equipped with a TV, VCR/DVD player...

Great bedroom with a wee balcony; bathroom good as well. Very quiet and comfortable. Graham made the best breakfast ever and it was so nice sitting in the beautiful dining room with the other guests. Would definitely return here someday!

We were so fortunate to have found this place to spend our final 6 nights in Canada after an amazing 5-week Nth American holiday. I was attending a conference at the Vancouver convention centre; and Greystone's location was ideal, only one bus ride into town. We stayed in Rose Cottage which was very special consisting of a whole suite all...

Great place to stay - a comfortable house, pleasant room with ensuite and balcony and great hosts. A shared table for breakfast made it easy to chat with other guests, never more than 8 when we stayed for 5 nights, and the breakfasts are wonderful: fresh fruits, juice, cereals and a special different cooked breakfast every morning! As well, happy...

A bit old-fasioned, but nice and clean accomodation in a really guiet residential area. And breakfast - it is a concert of master-shef! In one word - delicious. Also for your car there is enough space to park. And land- lord is ready to advice you the best way how to touch your plan. I can only recommend!

After numerous stays over the years, I always look forward to arriving at Graham and Lee's B & B. Graham's generous breakfasts and conversation with guests are a great way to start the day. Rooms are well-maintained with good mattresses. Great central location. Good value. Warm hospitality and expert travel advice. Highly recommended.

Staying in South Granville

Neighbourhood Profile
South Granville
The neighbourhood closest to the airport, a generous mix of locals and tourists populate the area. The blend has made it a go-to spot to find an eclectic collection of entertainment, from theatres and cinemas, to antique stores and last-minute kitsch souvenir shops. It gives off a transient vibe, and is one of the more higgledy-piggledy areas in terms of what you'll find, making it a fun area to explore and map out, all while taking in the hectic atmosphere of people coming and going, while others look for the best ways to spend their last few hours in the city.
