We enjoyed our 3 night stay at the Georgian Court hotel. The location of the hotel was great, walkable distance to many dining options. Parking was safe and easy. The check-in and out processes were very smooth. The room was very spacious. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was modern with an amazing shower. The cleaning service during our stay was excellent, whomever was cleaning our room paid attention to detail by leaving additional toiletries that could be of use to us. Water and ice station was right in front of our room, and complementary refillable glass water bottles made filling water and storing them in the fridge very easy. We also got to enjoy the spa area (Hot tub) which was nice and relaxing. The restaurant, Frankies, was excellent too. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Downtown Vancouver in the future!…

A very comfortable room, with excellent access to Rogers Arena and restaurants. Reserve a table at Frankie's Jazz Club (next door) for a memorable night out. Mattress was very comfortable, and room amenities were plentiful.

Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Excellent service! We booked 5 rooms for a family get together. Everyone was very happy with their rooms. Good location. A nice walk to the Pacific center and just a few minutes walk from the Cirque du Soleil big top. Restaurant is excellent! Enjoyed a drink in the lounge. Excellent service! Would definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed here quite a lot over the years. It’s an older concrete building so it’s usually quiet. The beds are comfy, the walls and carpets are clean, and they’ve upgraded the showers over the years so showering is nice with lots of room in it. Good value.

The hotel is extremely clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a business trip and they had everything needed. Nespresso machine was a PLUS! The location is convenient for downtown attractions and very close to different “districts” like Yaletown and Gastown

After checking in at the Georgian Court Hotel in Vancouver, I needed help making an 800# phone call to the US. Ajaz, from the front desk, helped me with his personal cell phone try to solve my problem with a T-Mobile international phone plan. We weren't successful (T-Mobile's fault), but his time and assistance and tech knowledge were very much appreciated!

I want to share this story that others can learn from the lessons here. I've spent countless hours with Chase bank and chase travel on the phone and meet at the branch and a resolution has still not been reached. I used a third party, Chase Travel this was our biggest mistake. I saw $350 per night for a deluxe queen room, so I booked three nights. However, the bill actually came in ten times higher.( see attached pics) I immediately called Chase Travel, who told me that I would be charged $11,257.12 for a room at the Georgian Court Hotel, "This is right amount. It's $3,500 per night. This is a non-refundable plan.This is the price in November, too." Chase travel supervisor said. However, when I checked later, I found that the Deluxe category had disappeared and the price was lower than $350. I was told that Chase travel said the screenshots are not enough proof either.What are we supposed to trust to book with them? I want to share with everyone that we should never book through a third party because of this. Hotel front office manager Emailed me "we already reached out to Hotelbeds, and are following up with them on this matter." she promised to update me as soon as they receive resolution from them. Hotel is beautiful and staff are so helpful. for now my rate is 1 star but i want to see this issue everyone to get attention. When it fixed I will change to 5 stars. …

After a great tour of Canada we were allocated this hotel. Location is great for walking or touring Vancouver and bedroom was pretty good apart from the double glazing which didn’t stop the noise. Food was good but expensive but the house mouse which ran around the restaurant and bar was an issue. It seemed to be not new news to the staff and nothing really undertaken to remedy the mouse running around. It was there again on the second night when having drinks. The hotel suited us traveling and ending up in Vancouver. The Reception staff were very helpful.
