The hotel is in a fantastic location and the staff are very friendly and helpful! We were on our honeymoon and they gave us a complimentary upgrade, the room was on the 18th floor, was huge and had an amazing view (thankyou). The only thing to keep in mind is the breakfast is quite basic, cereal, toast, muffins, fruit and...

Arrived after a very early morning flight and did not expect to get our room, Marc at the front desk surprised us with an available room a few hours before check -in ,which was so appreciated. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. Not a single complaint or negative view of anything , top notch hotel , had no issues...

We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was excellent and the front desk staff were very helpful. While the rooms weren't fancy, they were clean, quiet and had everything we needed. The price was also good. We especially liked the little treasure box for our 2 year old. Thanks for a great stay!

Stayed for business for 3 nights. I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of the suite rooms. I had a living room, with a kitchen and fully stocked. Then the bedroom is down the hall from the bathroom. Really nice! Felt like I was in more than a 3 star hotel. Super clean, quiet, comfortable bed. The only issues...

Thank you for your comments. We will have to look into the shower pressure which will be somewhat softer due to the water conservation procedures in the hotel.

We recently stayed a week in this hotel. It is very centrally located with a free continental breakfast. There is an on site restaurant and also a tour desk. The rooms are all suites so there is plenty of room for the luggage. There is also a small kitchen with a second tv. On the floor we were on, the...

Couldn't find a better location for downtown Vancouver and very reasonably priced with great rooms and views. The staff is very helpful and we would stay here again. There is great places for food and shopping just steps away.

We stayed here for a week at the end of April. The location was great, we were able to walk or take bus/skytrain everywhere. One tip about the buses, although there is a bus stop close to the hotel we often found it easier/quicker to walk a few blocks and get a different bus to our destinations. The kitchenette had...

Thank you for such an extensive review. With regard to the WiFi, we did do a substantial upgrade as of mid December which seems to have addressed the previous issues. As for the elevators, during peak times such as a concerts or games they can seem slow. It is really just the number of people but yes we would love...

We had a great time. Enjoyed our stay so much we looked into booking another weekend in December but its already all booked. That was disappointing. We would definitely stay again though if there was an available weekend. Great staff and room provided exceptional value for size, view, cleanliness, and comfort. Nice view of mountains. Very comfortable beds. Quiet. Perfect...

Staying in Yaletown & False Creek North

Neighbourhood Profile
Yaletown & False Creek North
Yaletown has risen from the ashes of its rough-and-tumble industrial past into one of Vancouver's new chicest neighbourhoods. The place responsible for originating of the phrase 'skid row' might not call to mind independently-owned boutiques and terraced cafes, but having swallowed the waterfront lines of False Creek North, the resulting amalgamation transformed the area into an elegant, stylish hotspot with a view. Its youthful vibe owes to the many young families and young professionals who live there, bolstering nightlife and restaurant variety along its cobbled streets. It is the flagship neighbourhood for modern revitalization, and the It-Spot for boutique hotels and modish eats.
